http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-205164 Slipped thru the cracks?  Just not true.  Very lucky for the mayor this was not exposed until after the election and funny how Mike was pushing an insane renewal with SAIC.  This iReport is from Feb. 2009 that fingers guilty stealing parties including an SAIC employee and the fact they knew CityTime was a doomed failure but a cash cow for them.
