Here is a radical idea for the mayor.  Stop all the corruption and maybe voters won't feel so hopeless and apathetic.  Mike Bloomberg broke campaign laws and Cy Vance won't prosecute because he had a few problems of his own do you think?  Mike pushed a 3rd term thru using slush and intimidation!   NY State Albany and City Council the City are so corrupt and self serving it is frightening so we have the worse voter turn out and we spend the most money and where is it all going.....corruption and apathy are destroying NY.  NYer's threshold for corruption is greater than our highest sky scrapers!!
