I was the victim of the most violent and savage assault in the history of NYC and medical offices by Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist Delita Hooks, the Jodi Arias of medical receptionist.
The lead detective involved in fixing this violent crime was allowed to retire by corrupt Internal Affairs who did not arrest him for coercing me in to dropping charges.
I just got the phone records from AT&T and I would like to see Dr Fagelman's and Delita Hooks phone records, the offices and their cel phones to learn how the fixing and special treatment including the NYPD only meeting with her clearly the aggressor clearly a liar defending the indefensiable but with corrupt NYPD and Internal Affairs Dr Fagelman's violent receptionist office manager doesn't need to defend the fact she had no right to hit a medical patient, not Dr Fagelman's or any MD that shared the office.
No one called 911 and the women screaming no Dee don't do it did not even ask if I was okay even though you could see the damage to my eye already, my hair ripped out, my earring gone and they lie blaming me defending the indefensible the the corrupt NYPD and IAB are involved.
My phone records show repeatedly calls to the Police who did not pick up the phone and to Internal Affairs as I walked over to the First Precinct to report the attack.
I want to see Dr Fagelman's phone records for Oct. 1 and the days following along with Delita Hooks to establish who they called in the NYPD or connected to the NYPD.
The NYPD retaliated against me for being a whistle blower and in my opinion calls were made and the NYPD and now I have proof IAB involved fixed this for that medical office like they get viagra and or someone has a relative in the NYPD...????
