Is mayor Bloomberg in Bermuda because he is no where to be seen as a handicap woman with a walker and another woman are in a hospital accidentally shot by NYPD who at least did not murder them as NYPD are known to do "by accident" like NYPD officer Omar Edwards who going home after finishing his shift.
Well Ray Kelly is lucky they didn't murder anyone and only shot and wounded 2 innocent bystander and we know Ray's NYPD and IAB can and will do their best to fix anything to protect the NYPD brand.

NYPD IAB fixing and favors for Dr Andrew Fagelman's a neighbor of Ray's?
Dr Fagelman offers Viagra on his website and is conveniently located by The First Precinct, Internal Affairs and One Police Plaza but maybe IAB and NYPD condone violence towards women by women or Delita Hooks and damaged my retina and cervical spine and IAB's make version of Delita Hooks Capt Aaron Wright did a little more damage so IAB couldn't fix it as easily? I was a medical patient not a girlfriend. Is Wright still employed by the NYPD because Delita wasn't fired by Dr Fagelman? U think it was a first for Delita Hooks and NYPD capt wright? I don't think it was a first either.
