Mark Carson's Ambulance Delayed like Ariel Russo's?

I was told by someone standing by the NYPD the ambulance for Mark Carson was delayed just like it was for Ariel Russo's. I called for an investigation at City Hall and it isn't not happening I believe to protect Christine Quinn who helped push through a billion dollar over-ride on the messed up 911 tech system....also because Christine Quinn sold us out Mark could not be taken to St Vincent's Hospital or a hospital replacing St Vincent's but Quinn pushed Rudin luxury condos.
I sent in a FOIL request for Mark Carson's ambulance response time and FDNY wouldn't release the time.
Very sad RIP....
Mayor Bloomberg, Christine Quinn betrayed us and sold us out along with Scott Stringer from pushing through term limits and Rudin Luxury Condos....
