Mega-huge story that touches every New York City tax payers but most don't know and no media coverage....Interesting....huh?
I want a billion dollars back from SAIC and x 3 Rico even better.
How convenient for Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn as well as SAIC if the pre-trial continues to be delayed considering their direct roles in allowing this Tax Payer's Titanic.
Reminder Christine Quinn brushed aside 2 investigations by Tish James and discouraged a third. Quinn as usual Bloomberg's puppet.
SAIC has a shareholder's meeting March 20 and CityTime will be a topic -- I am guessing SAIC would prefer yet another delay while they come up with more ideas on damage control besides pushing out the current CEO and putting in a new guy.
Bloomberg quietly decides to dump Rudy's Maximus but not CityTime...hmmm. Instead Mike pushes SAIC like a drug king pin and he and Rose Gill Hearn insist CityTime works. Rose Gill Hearn the head of Dept. of Investigation another Cathie Black. If CityTime works why is it down so much for maintenance? Is CityTime down for maintenance more than other tech disasters that Bloomberg and City Council have okay 14 million tax payer dollars to 200 million to 600 million dollar overrides and than there is ECTP the 911 Tech System....which is being protected and needs a full forensic audit along with FDNY wireless and Raytheon in my artistic opinion.
Reminder: Bill Thompson along with Bloomberg new about CityTime SAIC "less than ethical behavior as early as Feb. 2003 if not earlier. Could they have suspected that CityTime perhaps was like Rudy's other costly disaster Maximus but for some reason -- similar to the reasons that Bloomberg and Thompson allowed the pensions to be raided -- massive conflicts of interests starting with Steve Rattner and poor handling of the pensions which is never discussed when it comes to pension reforms.
As long as Preet Bharara is working with NYC's gov's DOI can we consider he is not serious about getting to the roots of city crime City Time? Just asking.
Take a look at Richard Valcich's now famous or should I say infamous whistle blowing letter -- the link will take you to the actual letter if you are motivated and you will see Mike Bloomberg and Bill Thompson's name on the bottom of every single page.
