Why would I say biz as usual....why are we handing over 14 million more dollars on top of 500 million tax payer dollars to defense contractor Raytheon on FDNY wireless?  500 Million wasn't enough..

we were failed were robbed....try going down the street and stealing 500 dollars -- NYC gov over a billion maybe 2 billion tax payer dollars robbed under Bloomberg and going strong....

Mike Bloomberg rewarded and rewards a culture of failure and a revolving door of corruption.
