Yo, still very tired....worked out and I felt that intense "warmth" I love feeling...I can't get that super burst of heat like I would get from long runs around NYC including down all the way downtown loops...miss that....I lost a lot of muscle so I did a little weight lifting today as well and that felt good...and I mean little.
Went through college fatty stage -- up to 190 pounds -- not fun....so glad those days are behind me.
Stay tuned a lot of corruption NYC breaking news coming soon....
repeat after me "CityTime" aka CityCrime and that was across the boards all IT aka Information Technology and or tech contracts so what a surprise Patricia Harris's step-son leaving his what close to 200,000 a year job IT NYC gov. Wow -- You could have paid me that to scream and yell every day no to all these contracts robbing and raping NYC tax payers.

These are all my unique posts and art exposing crime NYC gov Team Bloomberg, Christine Quinn and pals NYU, Rudin very short list real estate destruction of our community with help from the most evil stupid city planner commissioner in NYC gov history Amanda the People's Burden -- socialite mega-millionaire with 40 mill trust for her kids always rules in favor of greed and stupidity aka her pals and always rules against the People of NYC.
I am leaving NY for less than 24 hours this week -- counting the days -- can't wait to smell honey air, hear nature and quiet...less than 24 hours...can't wait can't wait -- if there was snow storm hail pouring rain I will still go out for a long walk and inhale sweet air....first escape in too long. Don't drive -- can't wait to sit on train...and get away -- be back already my favorite place upon return for breakfast NYC. Smile sigh...
Love NYC like a wonderful terrible lover -- what is good is so gooood and what is bad is really really bad.
Think of leaving one day for quiet place -- nature....hmmmmm.
