Under DI DeQuattro I believe -- and I am guessing Commish Kelly good and smart guidelines for safety were passed out. Now we have Right rides... http://rightrides.org/ but I want safety warning listed at bars, at delis that sell booze on receipts but ho hum not good for biz -- good for rapists, robbers and murders though.
