Another massive sink hole in a flawed NYC tech program under Bloomberg where waste, fraud and theft along with crappy system means billions of tax payer money gone and no one calls for Bloomberg and his staff to resign.
Mayor Mike Another Tech Disaster 83 Million Like CityTime, Seedco, NYCaps, NYCWins, ECTP, etc
"More than 40% of public school educators are not using a key tech tool designed to boost lagging test scores, city Controller John Liu charged Monday, in labeling the $83 million program a waste

Now, a *** program is SESIS which is the special education program Whoever designed that should be fired. It is so slow and tedious. It's too bad the DOE spends al its money on computer prgrams and consultsants instead of the children. "
Comment from me :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaTzHHJNLD0&sns=em Resign Mike Resign! CityTime trial -- trial of the century - century -- how convenient for SAIC and Team Blooomberg other wise more people would be calling for Mike's resignation. CityTimr listed as top ten failed systems in PC World. Interesting no media agency picked that up but me. Gets better -- also listed Deloitte being sued RICO charges unrelated system failure but Deloitte SAIC's auditors too! Where are arrests NYC gov and SAIC officials beyond Denault and Bell. Who was auditting. Why did Mike allows mega millions in over runs in all flawed and corrupted systems across the boards? Why doesn't every NYer know? Cover-ups to prevent the Bloomberg Quinn rule of our City in the name of greed and stupidity. Christine Quinn brushed aside 2 investigations and discouraged a third. Vote Quinn out of office.
