Will the mayor and “Team Bloomberg” be called to the stand to be crossed examined and will the US Attorney have to scurry like Cy Vance to provide immunity which not only did Team Bloomberg not waive but Mike Bloomberg perjured himself.
On top of that Mayor Bloomberg and his staff past and present suffered severe amnesia during the Haggerty trial.
Reminder John Haggerty was and is innocent -- as innocent as Mike Bloomberg that is!
Denault has to call Bloomberg, Mark Page all the way down the food chain and Denault’s lawyer has to cross examine Dept. of Investigation....etc.
Could something extraordinaire happen to make this trial disappear or will the US Attorney like Cy Vance try to limit the defense from calling mayor Bloomberg and Team Bloomberg?
