Mike Bloomberg could have restructured pensions both the 1st and 2nd terms but his pals Steve Rattner and Goldman Sachs too busy raiding them. Rattner pleaded the 5th 64 times and paid a fine to not plead guilty and go to jail. He was banned by the SEC yet Mike keeps on the payroll of his private empire not his public one. I called Stu Loeser and asked him if Steve Rattner is advising Mike on pension restructuring. No reply !!! John Liu took 5 pension with 94 million dollars of News Corp stock and voted to ouster Rupert Murdoch as Chair. John Liu exposed Bloomberg and past administration as fraud with CityTime an Orwellian time clock to prevent low tier workers from stealing. Mike was pushing SAIC like heroin. John Liu along with Local 375 DC37, Tish James and I demanded SAIC return our tax payer money. Mike has asked they return 600 million. I want at least a billion because we threw out systems that worked. There was and is the largest White Collar crimes and abuse tax payer $ involving CityTime, ECTP, NYCAPS to name a few and John Liu's work heroic exposing Bloomberg as a biz tech fraud flushing record amount of tax payer $$$ away like he did Democracy with help from Team Bloomberg and his mini-me Christine Quinn! Did Murdoch, Bloomberg and SAIC beg FBI to take Liu down? FBI not interested in Bloomberg breaking campaign laws or Cy Vance campaign trouble raising money to pay debt and Mark Guma now Quinn's campaign guy dismissing some debt. Was the dismissed debt declared a donation? Does Cy owe Mark and Maura favors? The law is not about justice but agendas. Mike committed perjury and broke campaign laws and that carries jail time.
