One comment on an old hatchet post NY Times -- said Rudy Giuliani did the same thing no prosecution and I want to point out Mike Bloomberg broke campaign laws -- I have seen comments NYDN accusing Cy Vance of breaking campaign laws and coming awfully close. In fact if Mark Guma dismissed money owed than that money has to be declared as a donation...Was it ever? Does Vance owe Guma and his wife Maura Keaney favors? Just asking.
