I get in to yet another public relations firm also representing the Rudin's -- wait until you see Capalino's resume -- yes Koch -- and all the media is vigorously protecting Mike's legacy -- his third terms scandals make Koch's 3rd term like "almost wholesome" yet the media continues to cover-up for Bloomberg! (CityTime, ECTP, NYCAPS, long string of board of ed deals tech and other wise, Haggerty Bloomberg's watergate-- broke campaign laws, committed perjury -- all bloomberg staff and mayor given immunity. We forced bloomberg to demand tax payer money returned from SAIC - he asked for 600,000 million -- way too low a figure. You can find video of me with Local 375 asking for a lot more back in front of SAIC's office here in NYC -- just in chat I over head -- ECTP -- no prosecution on the over billing -- dishonest billing -- nice! Not one arrest of a NYC gov official and to date we do not have the name of one NYC gov official that had their tickets fixed by NYPD - no one in media will touch this and favors NYPD PBA. -- nice!)
I believe if Annie Karni of the NY Post covered our protest and ditto for NY Times and NYDaily News their reporters would be punished - possible termination... is that why Occupy Wall Street Health Care joining us out side St. Vincent’s completely blacked out by Howard Rubenstein’s media pals NY post, NYDN and NYTimes?
the new york times is getting $$$$$$$$$ from Rudin to advertise the condos. The NY Times does not have integrity to report the on going anger, battle and demand for a hospital.

I am going back tomorrow morning in front of Rudin's sales office (still sick) and anytime I can to stand outside and protest Rudin luxury hospital condos putting in what little time I can
but I will be there.
Why was a NY1 camera man (news assistant fired) for covering our protest outside Rudin's sales office. We know Rubin's 2 PR firms have ties to NY1!
NY1 believes they saw something on the video the camera man filmed that convinced them he stages us -- not true!
This man is innocent and fired wrongly. I can only think of Isaac Bashevis Singer. Yiddish children's story Mazel and Schlimazel. The hero of the story says the wrong thing...at the wrong moment not the truth his schhlimazel bad luck. Some how this poor man gave the powers that be at NY1 the idea they could fire him and he was not allowed to defend himself. He is not union.

The NY Times did not! If Egypt did what was done here NYTimes would have reported immediately!
To Michael Powell's credit he did speak up.
The NYTimes did their editorial only after Commish Kelly came forward and told NYPD to cool it re: punching, false arrests and preventing press access -- than the NYT bothered to speak up YESTERDAY with a short editorial piece!
p.s. Why no NYC gov officials arrested CityTime scandal? No arrests ECTP -- why?
p.p.s NYU continues to destroy our communiites -- stay tuned to the latest destruction and possible robbery of NYC gov park dept. property and continued ripping out of NYC trees -- the worst was for the unwanted renonvations of Washington Square Park -- along with literally digging up people’s bones long buried there...all to make the fountain line up -- perfect symmetry and make the park look generic -- all while parks in poor neighborhood a mess and more People falling in to poverty and homelessness + Cooper Union illegal corrupt real estate deals that even Rudy’s City Planner said no to -- it is a shell game + Columbia U abuse eminent domain to make an entire neighborhood move and Columbia U bought ex mayor Dinkins who used to fight their abuses! Not news worthy!
