NYPD Goofed or Set Trap Occupy Wall Street

I looked at NY1 coverage -- and video interviews and I believe many from Occupy Wall Street never head the NYPD warning they would be arrested...

They simply could not hear because it was so noisy.

It does look like NYPD escorts walked Occupy Wall Street on to the roadway of The Brooklyn Bridge so therefore it does appear to be a set-up and remember Mike Bloomberg said do not get too comfortable.
