Higher greed it is and it is a tax shelter to grab land, displace and destroy our communities from Columbia U. to NYU to Cooper Union....greed, lies and deception all supported by the Bloomberg administration.

If I.M. Pei did not say NO to NYU than we would still be getting the hideous horrible NYU hotel that the community said no to along with all of NYU's hideous destructive tear downs and sky piercing zone busting builds.

Cooper Union is not even pretending to be about higher ed as they increase property through zone busting and complicated dealings that allow themselves to rent space that should be about education...like tearing down their little yellow Science building and supersizing and leasing for 99 years......ditto for the parking lot across the street that is not a sky piercing mirrored building that Cooper land leases....

Corruption....Not what Peter Cooper wanted....he must be turning over in his grave...
