Oh dear, Juan Gonzalez had reported that if we do not renew with SAIC this Sept 30, city workers won't get their pay checks on time.....they could be major delays....something like that but gee whiz....when I filmed Union leaders, reps and workers, city council members on the steps of City Hall, the question was asked and the answer was given the city workers will be paid on time if we don't renew with SAIC.

Bloomberg is a business man.  He would never let SAIC and CityTime continue on or allow it in the first time.  So how did this happen and why?  Why is there pressure to renew?
