Mike pushed through an illegal third term and promised to make Christine Quinn mayor in return and they both pushed through a Tsunami of Community Crushing development and Historic Tax Payer Abuse billions of dollars in consultants and mostly tech corrupt contracts where they over billed us laughing all the way to the bank but hey who cares....
