Very sad tragic, heart break but Rosette Samuels should never had easy access to a gun and thanks to a police dept riddled in corruption that will now use terrorism to hide from their failings and empowering corrupt cops things will get even worse....not better.

After 9-11 I had as many as 17 letters published on behalf of rescue workings including the NYPD but a corrupt cop Oct. 4 - 20 det. John Vergona taught me how evil and corrupt the NYPD can be and how every fail safe system including Internal Affairs who is dragging their corrupt asses doing nothing in 6 months to my knowledge so what Vergona taught me is it was easy for someone like Rosette Samuels clearly mentally ill to get a gun and go on a murderous rampage courtesy of the NYPD.
Now we may be hit with a terror attack and have to rely on corrupt cops like John Vergona who could paint himself as a hero but he taught me how corrupt he is.
The NYPD has hired rapists, murders, gun traffickers you name it --- way too many proving they are not screening properly and their training and policing of corrupt and or potential violent cops that could go on a murder rampage == not screening them not policing them but giving them amino to kill.
Sickening. I have waited almost half a year for Delita Hooks to be arrested and the corrupt cops punished so far nothing.
Internal Affairs a disgrace and Commish Kelly wants to focus on technology.
