Internal Affairs has sat on this case for over half a year yet to arrest Delita Hooks and punish Det. John Vergona and all the dirty cops involved. Yes there are bigger scandals and they involved in bigger scandals with IAB in league. IAB sent Vergona abuse -- fixing a crime to the Integrity Bureau -- a bureau for covering up for dirty cops?
