According to yesterday's Washington Post and the recent shareholder earnings call SAIC costs to split up their Company post CITYTIME DPA(deferred prosecution agreement - polite speak for guilty as sin?) have tallied 38 million to date and another 140 million to go. Thanks to Project Gemini (SAIC's tacky name to analyze CITYTIME mess and cost cut), spent one million just to name the new split Company to Leidos meaning "leer" in spanish and has worked up the split strategy estimates to complete that total 500million?????. Sounds like a cost overrun is coming.
CITYTIME tailwinds another 350 million dollars in Cuts to SAIC bottom line? oh, my that math equals 100% recoup on the 500 million paid back to NYC, 140 million plus 350 million is a farce and very close to 500 million shelled out to NYC. And No mention of the mounting legal "other" 11 million talked about on the same earnings call.
Lots of discussion on the who, what, where and when on cuts. Who the employees it seems will be losing out the most. What, administration structure. Where real estate held and rented will shrink. When over the next year as we write. Why don't we cut the 1% of top gun's pay, there must be 100 or so execs pulling down a million each in pay and benefits for the CITYTIME mess they made for employees?
