Preet Bharara is to blame because he could have shut this all down and he did not.
Instead he gave Christine Quinn a free pass and she has done the very same thing and Mike Bloomberg as Dan Halloran and Malcolm Smith.
That is how Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn pushed through an illegal third term and that is how Quinn is trying to steal a third term. Quinn uses and abuses slush money, lulus, intimidation that she will withhold money from communities.
Quinn is doing the same thing with Board of Elections -- she rules and Albany should take away her power on the Board of Elections just like Preet could have shut her down on slush but Preet and Cy act like there are 2 Cities -- a tale of 2 cities and guess who is above the law.
