SAIC JUMPER LETTER SAYS NOT GUILTY!
SAIC was charged with a single criminal count relating to CityTime. SAIC pleaded not guilty to the charge and the government has agreed to defer prosecution of the charge based on the Company's cooperation with the investigation, remediation efforts and acceptance of responsibility.
SAIC says its OK to PAY a HIGH PRICE to stay out of JAIL! And they were READY for it. We expect that it will be dismissed in three years.
As we previously reported to you, we anticipated that settlement cost would be high.
We were ready for it. The Company remains financially strong and stable, and we are moving ahead.

Steve Rattner paid to play NY Pensions and he paid to not plead guilty and Rattner paid to not go to jail.
These companies and rich connected folks above the law and accountability. Think Charlie Sheen no contest.
