Dear Preet: We the People of NYC are not pleased!
The corruption is being swept under the rug and you are protecting Mike Bloomberg who pushed SAIC like a drug king pin pushes heroin as well as Christine Quinn who is bank rolled by Wall Street and other as ethical as SAIC. Quinn brushed aside 2 investigations in to CityTime brought by Tish James!
It is laughable to see Mike standing there by you when he is guilty.
Where are the arrests of NYC gov. officials.
Why aren't you going back in to time considering Richard Valchich's damming letter 2003 -- he was the head of office of payroll nyc gov. and why has he said nothing and rumor has it he has lawyered up?
Preet thanks for not having Rose Gill Hearn stand next to you as well. That would have been even more entertaining!
How about 1 billion dollars and RICO charges Preet?
Preet this conduct is happening right now in NYC gov. Where is an audit and investigation in to FDNY Wireless -- the answer to Raytheon getting 14 million more on top of the 500 is NO! Just like SAIC I want an investigation.
Ditto for ECTP so Preet just like the mortgage meltdown it is business as usual and proof is the ECTP 911 Tech program.
Biggest FRAUD is Mike Bloomberg who as usual is trying to preserve his legacy!!!!!
He has been protected by the media and I know the media has killed stories to protect him and his "team bloomberg" as well as Quinn...... so this is yet another sham and the most corrupted third term ever making Koch's look almost tame.
If SAIC pays the money and cooperates with federal investigators, the U.S. will seek to have the charges dropped after three years, according to the agreement.
SAIC NYC gov tomorrow $500 million and behave themselves!
8K filed by SAIC --
Now, we wait and see if the shareholder lawsuits push SAIC into bankruptcy, Mr, Denault takes the fall. Zero politicians take guilt. All the street has to say is pay the money ASAP to NYC before you screw us over more. This agreement is a ruling to continue to do business. A sick day. Goldman exec quits and sends corruption letter to New York times...will Goldman ever return its money to their investors? Corrupt.
Under the terms of the DPA, the U.S. Attorney’s Office will defer prosecution of a single criminal count against the Company, which alleged that the Company, through the conduct of certain managerial employees and others, caused the City to significantly overpay for the CityTime system. If the Company complies with the terms of the DPA (the agreement), the U.S Attorney will dismiss the criminal count at the end of a three-year period. Under the DPA, the Company has agreed, among other things, to retain an independent monitor, selected by the U.S. Attorney’s Office after consultation with the Company, who will report periodically to the U.S. Attorney’s Office and who will have broad authority to monitor and make recommendations on a number of the Company’s policies and practices. The DPA provides that the monitor will serve for a period of three years, subject to adjustment under certain circumstances.
"In connection with the CityTime settlement, the Company will record a loss provision of $308.4 million for its fourth quarter ended January 31, 2012 in addition to the $232 million loss provision previously recorded for its third quarter ended October 31, 2011, for an aggregate loss provision of $540.4 million. Approximately $410.4 million of the aggregate loss provision, consisting of the payment of $370.4 million to be remitted to the City and the cancelation of a $40 million account receivable from the City, will be reflected as a reduction of revenues. The remaining $130.0 million of the aggregate loss provision will be reflected as a component of selling, general and administrative expenses.
NYC riddled with corruption!!!!! Good news is Goldman Sachs leaving can join Tony Simone who left Goldman Sachs to work to work on Christine Quinn's campaign along with Wayne Kawdaler -- oh gee whiz they aren't working on Christine Quinn's campaign because that would breaking campaign laws....
hardee har
You get my point Goldman Sachs, NYC Government and SAIC common thread --- corruption and abuse of power!!!!!!! In your face corruption!!!!!!!!
Here I am with Local 375 DC37 other Unions and Tish James and I ask for a billion dollars times 3.
