CityTime Flawed NYPD Local 375 Agree?

Sent to me --- neighbor, NYPolice officer, reported that he went in early, 7am and was slated for 9am.  His time change could not be managed by CITYTIME.  So much for it being a flexible platform!!!   Memphis TN has outsourced to SAIC, I wonder how CITYTIME will work for them? Suzannah's response. I have video footage of Local 375 DC 37 verifying flawed system that does not work and it does short change City workers! My feeling is it always was flawed and that was common knowledge yet head if DOI Rose Gill Hearn goes on NY1 and states it works.
