Wasn't Bloomberg's young male friend the go between on this venture? He was punished by the mayor's getting him a good job at Citi Bank.I'd say the city should put the recovered proceeds into NYCHA Housing, but the way that's being administered by the newest Bloomberg appointee, "The Wall Streeter" would only be another money scandal in itself.
