Bloomberg Quinn Protected CityTime as Blood Bath Expands Media Black Out US attorney red faced?

Christine Quinn brushed a side 2 investigations in to CityTime and discouraged a third by Tish James .
Now Quinn Bloomberg neutralized Liu he can't shut down CityTime SAIC or curb Northop Grumman ECTP along with non military contractors or Raytheon on FDNY, Liu can't call for investigation and audit on FDNY wireless!!! Liu cannot kill any more Murdoch Bloomberg deals. US Attorney must be a bit red faced SAIC officials being held accountable but he isn't just like Cy Vance because it would mean holding NY counterparts accountable including slush abusers back room deals Bloomberg Quinn.
