Bloomberg is trying to cover his move by moving Sheekey out of his public empire aka City of New York back to his private empire and have Wolfson take the spot but I have two problems with that. We are paying Wolfson more and Wolfson delivered the most expensive and most humiliating win with sub-zero-trickle down -- my term so it proves he is not qualified and highly over paid.

This Paterson debacle is like the Espada-Monserrate debacle that brought Albany to a stand still and why because they were "high on power" power tripping....

Wait a minute...let us give hiring Wolfson and other campaign staff context. We are in the midst of an economic tsunami, a major fiscal crisis with all kinds of cuts, lay-offs and more people will be forced out of NY because they can't ride out this newest economic meltdown so what does Mike Bloomberg the financial whiz do? He hires his campaign staff burdening the tax payers to over 2 million dollars as estimated by The New York Post. Mike Bloomberg is shooting himself in the foot yet again as he did denying the people a referendum. The voters sent him a message and he set a record winning the most humiliating win as well as the most expensive. I made up the term "sub-zero trickel down" and that describes Bloomberg's obscene campaign spending. Hiring Wolfson to the tune of $200,000 in the midst of this crisis added insult to injury and to cover his vanity hire Sheekey had to return to work in Mike's private empire. If Mike Bloomberg had integrity he simply should have continued to pay his campaign staff out of his own pocket which he could have easily done. Sheekey is better than Wolfson but we are stuck will Wolfson because of Mike's vanity and legacy which ironically the Bloomberg-Wolfson team are tarnishing and at the tax payers expense. Mike Bloomberg will never be president and advisors like Wolfson are just some of the reasons.

Just a small reminder $9.1 billion budget deficit for 2010-11 From Albany to City Hall a massive disaster

When Mike Bloomberg has to tell us about budget cuts here in NYC -- I am not talking about the Albany economic tsunami horror show that no one wants to talk about but when I have to hear that pre-schools are being closed I want to scream because Mike Bloomberg gave 108 million to campaign staff and special interest people with sub-zero trickle down.

9 million to keep these pre-schools open is not even 10 percent of what he spent that we know of.....because don't forget his rich friends I am sure threw money towards groups as well trying to buy and influence them.

Albany and City Hall are in the midst of a huge crisis.

Is city council going to unvote themselves a raise? No!

Is Mike Bloomberg going to lay-off all the campaign staff he hired at the tax payers expense estimated to cost us 2 million? No. He is forcing us to pay 200,000 for Wolfson's salary that he could not rationalize to Kevin Sheekey was made to go back to his private empire to attempt to rationalize hiring Wolfson. The Wall Street Journal thinks Sheekey leaving signals a presidential run but I think you are shooting yourself in the foot yet again, just like your poorly run dishonest campaign. There will be blowback from this Mike, don't kid yourself.

Anyway back to the true crisis -- Albany. Monserrate and Espada brought Albany to a standstill costing tax payers a fortune and causing chaos and now were are at part 2 and it is a massive crisis which is why Paterson has to go now.

Mike Bloomberg and City Hall want to help teach you how to find a job-- how about helping NYers to keep theirs by supporting small businesses Mike?

Bloomberg pushed a tsunami of community crushing development that created mass displacement and so many small businesses are closing or hanging on by a thread and prayer. Bloomberg's only solution is for them to go into greater debt. If he did emergency work asking for landlords to make deals to allow small businesses to stay and helped support these businesses the way he helps support Goldman Sachs maybe the stores and their staff members could stay on? In the meantime Bloomberg's private empire hires so many tech people from abroad. Is Mike's other empire -- the private one not able to find talent here in NYC? thanks, Suzannah B. Troy

Sally wrote a piece exposing the fact tax payers are paying forced to pay an outrageous sum of money for Christine Quinn and staff's high priced defense attorney's that specialize in White Collar crime. The lawyers hail from top law firms with hefty hourly fees. Will The New York Post do a follow up article on this and tell us to date how much we are being robbed or should I say forced to pay? Would The NY Post consider putting a running price tag on what tax payers are being forced to pay and who in Albany and City Hall is costing us the most...?

Mike Bloomberg did not need a campaign staff. All he needed to do was walk out on the streets of New York and hand out 100 plus millions of dollars to the people and he would have had a better voter turn out. Sub-zero trickle down is the term I made up that aptly describes king Mike from his buying a third term to the slush fund mess at City Hall under his reign.   Again Bravo David Seifman for reporting this because our firehouses are closed, schools are over crowded, libraries are being shuttered and king Mike thinks he can run City Hall like his private empire. Let him pay out of pocket for new positions which the tax payers can't afford. It is also shameful that Christine Quinn, the speaker acts like Mike's mini-me and as if she works for his private empire but as The New York Post reported we the tax payers are paying for hers and other staff's defense attorneys that happen to specialize in White Collar Crime. How much is that bill to date? Thanks for exposing Mike and his mini-me's dealings or else the people of New York might now know at all.

Bravo to Norman Siegel, famed Civil Rights lawyer that represented Nick Sprayregan and won! I voted for king Mike Bloomberg twice not understanding he was pushing a reckless tsunami of community crushing development city wide and often what I believe was the abuse of eminent domain came in to play. I even renamed the "old" Grey Lady The New York eminent domain Times. People pro-deveopment do not mind as long as they are not the ones forced to move. I think NYU is the no. 1 real estate magnate and like Columbia University and now even Cooper Union real estate wheelings and dealing are their no. 1 priority and "higher ed" is a tax shelter for land grabs including busting through zoning and in Cooper Unions cases supersizing and leasing land which has nothing to do with higher ed. The Bloomberg administration and city council favored developers over the people and Nov. 3, we the people of New York City sent a powerful message even with Mike Bloomberg gross obscene spending and I know City Council got the message even if king Mike and his socialite mega millionaire city planner, Amanda the people's Burden did not. We are not going to take it anymore. Bravo to Nick Sprayregan and Norman Siegel who also represented me when Google removed all 334 YouTubes of mine and the majority were about Mike Bloomberg. I was on the East side of City Hall, Housing Activists on the W. side of City Hall and before I talked my way out of it, I was being taken to Siberia Ann St. somewhere far, far away to protest where I am sure other outraged New Yorkers. I was photographed and interviewed by 2 reporters but not any one from this newspaper.

If you are reading my comment than know I got past this newspapers constant sensoring of me and know that although it will not be reported in this paper, people were protesting at the inauguration.

I had one photographer glued to me and an activist documenting and buffering with the police....I told them I should not be singled out -- it was very rocky and shaky but ended up okay -- I asked two very senior NYPD officers why I had to be escorted (I was given 2 officers and one tried to make me stop filming him but the other told him I had the right to film -- thank goodness the more senior of the 2 community affairs officers actually did know the law ) so far away and they gave me permission to come back across from City Hall and stand across the street...

Quinn heard me and turned to me but I did not get on video -- that was pre-the escort

Inauguration SCREAMED as loud as possible -- I am over exhausted and I had part of a bagel...after standing out there for hours I was really cold. I screamed very loudly Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn are corrupt before John Liu spoke and than I had to go I was so cold.
