Did he help you in any way?  How ironic because with all the money he spent he could have really helped New Yorkers! He wanted back in to over see corrupt greedy deals w/ real estate including NYU, the tech sector including Gartner, SAIC and the financial sector.

Folks:  I achieved one of my goals.  To make sure Mike Bloomberg will never ever be President of the USA.   I asked him over and over for help protecting us, my neighborhood from NYU.   I was one of the last people to figure out that he and his slim ball socialite city planner Amanda the People’s Burden, who looks botox and plastic surgerized where actually acting on behalf of NYU helping to push through the illegal air sale by the USPS to NYU.  Illegal because the USPS had to legally notify the State of NY re: their intention to sell air space at 120 East 12 because St. Ann’s from 1847 was historic but the USPS like chronically blocking fire hydrants and their vehicles have no license plates another big hint they are above the law, not to mention threatening and intimidating customers they are not even suppose to approach -- the USPS get away with murder -- so the USPS sold the air rights illegally got away with it and they are desperate like a murderer trying to hide the body because the USPS loses mega-billions a year.   NYU is desperate to tear down our community and supersize for their unending need and greed to build more mega-dorms to drive out community members that made the area so exciting to college kids.

St. Ann’s from 1847 surviived everything all these years but NYU’s need and greed to mega dorm the East Village to death and the corrupt USPS who operates above the law and loses billions BILLIONS each year so many being above the law hasn’t been working so well as a business model?

My other goal is to make sure Christine Quinn is not mayor.  My only concern is there could be too many democrats in the run offs so she squeaks by that way but she is bloomberg’s puppet and she most not be allowed to be mayor because that would be bloomberg for a fourth term.

Another community nightmare horror story is happening again thanks to NYU, the evil empire, the purple reign of terror.
-- It is happening again with Silver Towers that is historical land marked but that won't stop NYU from building a King Kong size campus for temporary guests around it.

Is this community nightmare happening because Mike Bloomberg made a back room deal with the pres. of NYU if he ran down to city hall and testified Mike must third term and vote for him that Mike would make this happen? I don't know but people want to know!

NYU wants to put up a massive Godzilla sized hotel?

NYU mega dormed the East Village death and now wants a 40 story hotel in the West Village.

Do you want temporary massive housing or long term community members dedicated to the community and helping each other living here. Don't the people who made the neighborhood so attractive have a right to live in their communities? NYU doesn't even need to abuse eminent domain and is gobbling up the gardens, sunlight. This NYU, the Purple Reign of terror's plan for 2012 - 2030 as if they haven't done enough damage with their unending need to expand and always at the community's expense in too many ways to count.


They are taking away the character of the Village, Are we going to one a big piece of cement? Are we losing what green space we have left? YES!!!!!

The community garden would be history. NYU and our supposedly green mayor would be murdering off one of the last pieces of green....

Are they green with greed? YES!!!!!!!

The community would lose the supermarket called Morton Williams.

Please explain to me how the West Village, the area by Mercer, Bleeker and La Guardia Place could ever be zone for commercial use unless there were back room deals made?

For those who don't know where I am talking about it is south of Washington Square Park by the big black Picasso sculpture and it is going to be grossly out of scale except with other NYU zone busting community crushing buildings....what a nightmare and again ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!


A hotel is commercial and this neighborhood residential area!!

Mike Bloomberg NYU "Inside Lobby Work" exposed by The New York Post -- dirty dirty work for NYU The Evil Empire

The New York Post has done it again with an article by Joseph Goldstein exposing the very dirty and corrupt dealings of Mike Bloomberg and NYU.

Read the article which exposes two part times commissioner for mayor Bloomberg for being full time and lobbyists.    Joseph Goldstien writes:  

"Landmarks Preservation Commissioner Margery Perlmutter is on New York University's payroll to lobby for the school's large-scale expansion -- which first needs a green light from Perlmutter's commission, according to lobbying records."

and

"Perlmutter and two of her colleagues at the Bryan Cave lobby firm have been paid more than $42,000 by NYU to lobby the Landmarks Commission and seven other agencies for approval to build in the heart of Greenwich Village. Among its plans is a 385-foot skyscraper."

The conflict of interest committees is the biggest joke in town and by the way king Mike appoints the people who refuse to do their job. 

I have had words with Mike Bloomberg twice in my life and both at city hall.  The 2nd time was caught on YouTube, "Mayor Mike Bloomberg gives Suzannah B. Troy the thumbs up as she yells "Oust the king!" City Hall".  The first time I did not know how corrupt he was and so committed to NYU's expansion at the expense of the community  along with Amanda the peoples Burden, his socialite mega-millionaire city planner.  I asked mayor Bloomberg to come visit the E. Village, Lower East Side and Bowery and he said he did and last time he mentioned how much he supports NYU and he said the people nearly lynched him.  NYU rents a pink building on the Bowery next to the homeless shelter and has signs asking them to not loiter in front of their dorm.  Visit 120 East 12th Street and see the facade of St. Ann's from 1847 like an albatross reminding views NYU has ruthlessly torn down our historic buildings as NYU mega dormed the East Village to death.  Thank you to The New York Post for exposing so much corruption but when is there going to be a trial?  See my 2 new YouTubes Mike Boomberg trial? and Christine Quinn for mayor Mike's mini me.  If you want Mike Bloomberg for a 4th term vote for Christine Quinn.  She takes huge kick backs aka campaign donations from developers.

Note:  New Yorkers are calling me and stopping me in the street asking me what is happening with the NY City Council Slush found scandals?  I bring all this up because reading this article in The New York Post and also being asked questions about slushy city council members as well as city council members stealing tax payer money the question is are any high ranking city officials going to jail any time soon?

NYU mega-dormed the East Village to death. I lived next to St. Ann's for 20 years and I will never forget the parishioners crying and praying on the street after being turned out of a stunning beautiful church that was their home and who's steps were a safe haven for the homeless that slept there at night. Than we endured construction with workers having noisey coffee clutchs that sounded like an open bar at 6am until 9pm and weekends. St. Ann's from 1847 survived everything but NYU's need and greed to build yet another mega dorm. I have written President Obama and asked him to pressure NYU to give us community outreach resource centers in every mega dorm where NYU uses the term "community facility" to bust through our zoning yet exclude the community. When I sat down with NYU reps they said it was a good idea but John Sexton said no.

NYU has ruthlessly grown their campus at the community's expense in the East And West Village and when we asked Mayor Bloomberg for help he made it clear he supported NYU and not our community. That is why John Sexton ran down and testified Mike Bloomberg must have a third term. I confronted mayor Bloomberg on the John Gambling Show with the sentiments and demands expressed in this letter.

Mike Bloomberg's response to me was "Just a few people feel the way Suzannah feels".

Bravo to Norman Siegel, famed Civil Rights lawyer that represented Nick Sprayregan and won! I voted for king Mike Bloomberg twice not understanding he was pushing a reckless tsunami of community crushing development city wide and often what I believe was the abuse of eminent domain came in to play. I even renamed the "old" Grey Lady The New York eminent domain Times. People pro-deveopment do not mind as long as they are not the ones forced to move. I think NYU is the no. 1 real estate magnate and like Columbia University and now even Cooper Union real estate wheelings and dealing are their no. 1 priority and "higher ed" is a tax shelter for land grabs including busting through zoning and in Cooper Unions cases supersizing and leasing land which has nothing to do with higher ed. The Bloomberg administration and city council favored developers over the people and Nov. 3, we the people of New York City sent a powerful message even with Mike Bloomberg gross obscene spending and I know City Council got the message even if king Mike and his socialite mega millionaire city planner, Amanda the people's Burden did not. Friends and neighbors,

The mayor is planning to undermine government regulation and the public voice yet again.

The public's most powerful protection against destructive development is called the "Environmental Review" process.

It's not about ecology. It's intended to be a public assessment of the impact of a proposed development on the entire community -- on population density, traffic, housing, services... And it includes crucial public hearings.

Developers hate this process. It's an obstacle in their way. They prefer to avoid public review or eliminate it entirely. And now the mayor wants to help them.

The mayor's Economic Development Corporation is seeking to "streamline" the process to "reduce the costs and delays" specifically for "property owners."  The questionnaire is designed as a first step towards making it easier for developers to bypass Environmental Review.

Note the wording of the first topic: Topic 1 - Obstacles and Roadblocks

"We are interested in understanding the obstacles and roadblocks that may be experienced by applicants for projects subject to environmental review...."

I urge you to go to the questionnaire and explain why public review is important and should be strengthened. Let the EDC know that

1) The independence of the public review must be ensured. It should not respond to developers' needs, but to the public's needs.
2) The objectivity of the process must be protected. The Environmental Review must not become a rubber stamp for development.
3) The comprehensiveness, detail and thoroughness of the Review must be ensured and expanded. All aspects of impact on the community and surrounding communities must be carefully and objectively assessed by an independent party.
4) Public hearings and public outreach must be expanded.
5) Means of informing the public must be enhanced.

Remember that this is the same mayor who came up with a plan to restrict legal challenges to illegal developments. Without public review, residents and small businesses have no protection against development, against demolition, bulldozing, eviction, gentrification. It's giving the entire city over to developers whose interest is not the public good. It undermines government regulation and public oversight of destructive private interests. It's taking the city away from the public and handing it over to the few who just want to make a killing off your city and your lives.
