2 bulging cervical herniated disks moving body

I rested during most of class. I wore neck brace. Wear anytime trying to be extra safe including subways that are jolting.

Felt good to be in beautiful space with beautiful people even if I was resting. Teacher beautiful compassionate soul.
Happy I went. Need to learn more about what I can't do until spinal injury healed.


The assault by MD dr fagelman receptionist aggravated and caused harm.

Note: my school wants to hook me up with a teacher that deals with spine injuries.

I was told this spine experts card was on their board. I had to say I cannot see very well could you look for me. The hallway was a liitle dark.
