ECTP 911 Tech Flawed and he knows it. 

If he lets people go to work and there is danger 911 tech will be over run with calls and system will fail.    Huge disaster for Bloomberg legacy as well as John Liu who is bring wire tapped handing over a 20 page audit of ECTP 911 tech calling for a criminal investigation and there is none despite ECTP bigger crime than CityTime!!!

Seems like Feds auditing the wrong guy!!!!!


While we wait and wonder if the 911 tech fails like Bloomberg's Blizzard 2010 and 2 billion 14 million tax payers titanic for what is a crime --
