Activist sends me this question....Bloomberg is he clabbering to buy the presidency?

I am still working my way through all your output, so my responses to things might be behind the times. Did you see this NY Times item http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/19/nyregion/19bloomberg.html?pagewanted=1

Bloomberg is apparently no longer going to devote funding to the Carnegie Corporation. The article says: "He is increasingly focusing on his charitable efforts at his family foundation, where he has expanded hiring and operations in recent months as he prepares to put greater emphasis on needs in the United States."

Does this mean that he's clabbering up to buy the presidency?
