Let's see if Howard Saul gets The Wall Street Journal to remove this comment.   I called him and many other journalists about an annoymous tip I got that Ariel was also involved in over billing CityTime crime and howard saul my guess like all of them did nothing.   I also heard Gartner over billed us and is involved in advising us every dept NYC gov even board of elections and on everything but wiping employees tushes.  Thanks for all the advise but Gartner in my opinion robbed us and maybe that is why Glenn Hutchins dumped his stock GS brokered the deal because soon or later a new paper reporter will be forced to stop blacking out all the news to protect mayor Bloomberg's legacy and silence people trying to get the truth out.
