CityTime SAIC Jellybean Idenity and Nerves?
To date CNN IReport named Jelly Bean but no investigative reported his name -- hmmm gee what is his real name?
Heard this:
My guess is that Jelly Bean should be getting very nervous right about now.
Where was SAIC's "Project Control Department" while all of this was going on for 10 years? Rumor has it that Gerald Denault and Carl Bell were worked closely with some of SAIC's Project Controllers supporting the project. It appears that there needs to be further investigation in this area. How else would this have happened...for 10 YEARS! Not to mention, SAIC's Subcontracts Dept. repsonsible for monitoring & controlling all activities related to 3rd party subcontracting activities. WOW! This is just the tip of the iceberg.
