CityTime SAIC Guilty Richard Valcich Whistle Blowing letter says it all

This letter is enough to force Mike to resign although breaking campaign laws and committing perjury during Haggerty trial ample. The letter with Bill Thompson and Bloomberg's name bottom of every page enough to end Thompson's political career as well as Rose Gill Hearn who came in shortly there after and did squat.

In the YOuTube I made yesterday I wish I made it clearer how heroic Ricard Valcich truly was for being a whistle blower, for being offered a bribe and saying NO THANK YOU.   How many other offers from SAIC where put forth and to whom?  Just wondering.

Richard Valcich  is a hero! He did his best, even turned down what appeared to be a bribe and when NYC gov does nothing he resigns as reported by Juan Gonzalez NYDN.

Richard had the job as head of the office of payroll at NYC gov before Joel Bondy who was forced to resign.

I do not know where Richard Valcich is now but truly the man has so much integrity.  Read the article and learn why.

Wish we had an App (Application for smart phones) and posted on every website NY Post NY Daily News,  NY Times a running ticker of NYC gov and Albany's tax payer waste, abuse, theft -- or hardee har how our money is being spent.

My top two:  CityTime so when it hits the billion dollar mark which can't be far off we actually know...at that rate CityTime will start saving us money in a few hundred years if and when they get the system to actual work.
