Amazon video has this film Citizen X. I skimmed through a lot of the disturbing parts but what is amazing is it was all about political players who wanted to control the narrative and that didn't want to admit or even think they could have a serial killer the Russians thought that serial killer sex predator was some kind of American phenomenon and....
