This all began under mayor Mike Bloomberg where I was not safe in a Soho medical office and the NYPD under Ray Kelly taught me about systematic corruption involving the Internal Affairs and DA that turned me away --- I hope like shelly silver it will catch up with them what they did to me and how many others?
