It is a small group of rich people that think they run the First Precinct and certain ones in the name of a homeless org ACE have illegally displaced vendors with illegal planters. I have lots of posts on this and Greg Mocker WPIX did a great segment on the illegal planters. DOT has let them sit there illegally for 3 months. If OWS had dropped the planters illegally they would be gone.
Unemployment may be as high as 17 percent.
