Liu tends to understate and he has called ECTP 911 Tech System CityTime 2 but word on the street is this is a way bigger crime --- hint NYC gov Bloomberg, Mark Page, City Council with few exceptions lead by Christine Quinn as usual pushed through mega over rides -- just a billion 14 million dollars of tax money!
