Heard on the street
What are those narly SAIC civil suits about? The derivative lawsuit is about shareholders
in SAIC suing their executives like Deb Alderson, Walt Halverstein, Et al to return all their
compensation or relative profits made due to CityTime and give the money back to SAIC. Why? The suit alleges execs
had knowledge each and every step of the way ie just as guilty for allowing/doing nothing or hiding knowledge, they had a duty
to act in trust for the Company. So why is this so under reported media?, will the execs
get a soft landing, get a dismissal and not owe a dime? or win on this suit, prompt criminal charges finally? This suit on faster track than criminal trial...?
Will the SEC follow up and finally bite hard? There is another standing class action suit against SAIC related to
CityTime...on faster track to resolve than criminal trial reset to fall 2013?
