Arroyo in my opinion corrupt & voted to extend term limits has more scandals, crime exposed but so far she remains in place

Someone please explain how the Arroyo family continues to avoid prosecution. I know Christine Quinn hired top defense attorneys for herself and her staff that specialize in White Collar crime including Sullivan and Cromwell at the tax payers expense so we could be robbed yet again. Any other ideas? Arroyo voted to extend term limits so she could stay in office and help Bloomberg steal, I mean buy a third term.
