-- FYI -- I was assaulted and the NYPD handling was unusual -- Det John Vergona made the violent assault go away so I once tried to believe in the good but now I suffer PTS the assault and Vergona and his supervisor Sgt. Chen's treatment so I now look at info like this.
Pretty shocking and the press is not reporting these stories....why?
The press and the DA have something in common -- they think this only goes on in the Bronx and I don't. Does that mean I have to fight off more false arrests and "unusual" NYPD treatment.

I was a patient in medical offices and no patient deserves to be menaced, stalked around the office as I was trying to find my MD who was in an examining room and than I was given the finger violently as I exited and than she smiled which is when I pulled out my video camera on my phone and asked her to please give me the finger again. Did he notify the woman I caught on camera threatening me to turn herself in. He wanted to degrade, humiliate and make me suffer even more and he had medical reports as well as I had told him about my condition with the tumors but he wanted me to suffer unless I submitted to his will. His name is Det. John Vergona. I asked him what is this- arrest the Jew on the Sabbath? Are you anti-Semitic? He did not answer. NYC gov employees when asked a question like this you would hope would answer "No." but he wanted me to come in Saturday when he gets in at 4PM to be arrested why -- so spend the weekend in jail. I never even got a detention in high school. This violent road raging woman seemed practiced at assaulting people -- hard to believe she doesn't have a pass but I have never assaulted anyone let alone grabbed their hair but after she assaulted me three times caught on video I did fight back defending myself which is also a right as was going to the NYPD and expecting Justice but the NYPD sent me a message. Now Internal Affairs is investigating and they have 90 days. I will be notifying the City in January of my intent to sue.

Perhaps, but look at the cost, which Washington ultimately will cover, as a taxpayer.

I did nothing to provoke being menaced and assaulted in Dr. Andrew Fagelman's office.
No one deserves to be assaulted but as a patient in a medical office but Det. Vergona decided it to make it go away so according to the First Precinct despite the video which has over a thousand 500 views it never happened.
Talk about creative fixing. I was violently assaulted and the First Precinct Det Squad made it go away. I called DI Ed Winski and reported the crime of Delita Hooks filing a false complaint and I haven't heard back from him yet he is written up as a hero of playmate for calling up a stalker who lives in another State and threatening him with arrest if he ever shows up in NYC but it is okay to assault me in an MD's office ten minutes from the first precinct. I was wearing a protest sign demanding a Hospital in the West Village and I looked beautiful and happy that day. I have before and after photos with after having defense marks on my left forearm and the beginning of a black eye.

Now the poor will be displaced again by Sandy and a hurricane of harsh economic realities.

Stage Deli Closed After 75 years!!!!
Last time I ate there I was with Dad and Jerry Bruckheimer was at the next table. I was not gregarious but some how we had a chat. Bruckheimer was very nice, down to earth and he looked
great. Trim not like he eats at Delis.
We had a great time. Dad a cerebral guy and history buff had no idea who Bruckheimer was.
Dad was probably around 86.
I loved the original CSI and after the trauma of 9-11 I couldn't watch movies or TV at first but the first thing I did watch eventually was CSI. I felt the show represented getting to the truth.
Anyway under Bloomberg NYC lost it's soul to a Tsunami of greed, corruption and stupidity.
As for me Dad and Jewish Iconic Eateries Ratner, Stage Deli and the original 2nd Ave Deli
gone. Yes 2nd Ave Deli is open but not on 2nd Ave. Too date NYPD never caught Abe's killer.

A woman was wounded when gunfire erupted near a troubled Chelsea nightclub early today, authorities said.

St. Vincent's Hospital had a rape crisis center.
Christine Quinn and Scott Stringers are not anti-Rape activists because they put Rudin Luxury Condos before a hospital and rape crisis center.

Hurricane Sandy Hospital Crisis On Going Politicians Silent!!!
"When Bellevue Hospital lost generator power two days after Hurricane Sandy and had to evacuate 500 patients, many of them landed at Metropolitan Hospital 50 blocks uptown. The hospital is now using all of its resources to try and help its new patients. NY1's Bobby Cuza has the story.
It's been a chaotic scene at Metropolitan Hospital.
“We basically used every single inch of this emergency room that you could possibly use," said Dr. Carlos Meletiche, the deputy director of emergency medicine at Metropolitan Hospital. "I mean, stretchers down the hallway, to the left, to the right. Wherever there was space, there was probably a patient or a stretcher.”
With many downtown hospitals crippled by Sandy, Metropolitan absorbed much of the extra load.
In the days after Sandy, it opened two hospital units that were previously closed to create 30 new beds. It also turned another unused space into a walk-in clinic. Around 300 patients a day were showing up.
"That was 300 new patients not previously Metropolitan patients," Chief Nurse Executive Lillian Diaz said. "These were all Bellevue patients that were following up with clinic visits.”
The walk-in clinic is closed now but the impact from Sandy continues. There have been days where the emergency room deals with nearly twice the normal volume.
“In the month of November we’ve had multiple days where we’ve actually seen an additional hundred patients coming through the emergency room,” Meletiche said."

If Kelly had run for mayor he could have easily beat Mike Bloomberg's mini me but not anymore. Kelly has lost popularity and FYI Quinn has said if she is mayor Kelly will be commissioner.
Most people do not know who Christen Quinn is but she is a fraud even as a feminist who invited open abusers of women Vito Lopez and Dave Paterson and the people who aided them including her shunting money to Lopez along with Cuomo. Judge Judy who married Quinn and pal along with Cuomo fixed it so Paterson get a get out of jail card.
Chris Quinn allowed St Vincent's Hospital to close which had a RAPE crisis center and AIDS care and did not fight for protective zoning for a hospital only but took kick backs from Rudins and pals for Rudin luxury condos.
