When I found this NYPD's comment in NYDN and he can comment but Mort Zuckerman won't let me comment -- I did not find a wiki page up that calls him a blatant criminal but thanks to IAB he lives high in NJ according to the wiki page.
His comment is an admission of guilt and corruption by him and his co-worker but he thanks Frank Serpico an honest cop not a dirty cop so this guy's comment more proof IAB a failure but I know IAB betrayed Joe Sanchez 30 years ago and worse set him up and Serpico and Adrian Schoolcraft 3 innocent good cops and the list us longer and now I caught IAB red handed and you can read it in a letter I sent the Judge on my case.

I also have medical reports and photos before and after including defensive wounds and I never put down my 2 bags on my left shoulder my left arm numb from 2 injections to remove a cyst or my iphone.
In my opinion Dr Fagelman's violent receptionist Delita Hooks also submitted a false medical report and the corrupt Detectives sealed up all her criminal actions with their own.
