The US Attorney's Investigation Unit told me to call the Manhattan DA and reported directly to the DA I was savagely attacked at Dr Andrew Fagelman's. I wrote a complaint against Cy Vance to US Attorney in response to the US Attorney's Investigation Unit I did as you instructed and Cy Vance and his people refused to allow me to report the crime directly to them. In my complaint I added St. Vincent's and 911 no criminal investigation and action taken by Cy Vance.
