By the way Mike Bloomberg You said we would get all 80 million dollars stolen by Spherion consultants -- working on CityTime and we are not even close to getting 30 million back so are you going to make up the difference out of your personal fortune...you grew even richer this past years as more New Yorkers fell in to poverty.
Spherion acted like a subsidiary of SAIC as in a subsidiary of crime -- and it was a revolving door including Technodyne and I believe many other consultants working for other companies on CityTime as well others stealing on tech crime but in the Bloomberg admin. no arrests of upper level NYC gov people and rarely of the outsourced crooks.
Where are the arrests and law suits. If we got arrests in CityTime we could go for RICO charges and get 3 times the money which I believe is closer to a billion because we threw out time systems that actually worked and guess who we really had to worry about stealing..? All the out sourced workers who were being paid 6 figures salaries!
