 I caught the NYPD and Internal Affairs fixing for Dr Andrew Fagelman’s office and also retaliating against me for being a whistle blower. I was savagely assaulted at the MD’s office and Dr Andrew Fagelman’s receptionist office manager lied and said I attacked her despite video clearly showing her threatening me with bodily harm, repeatedly assaulting me and the camera goes black when she lands a running punch as I back away to my left eye making a hole in my retina.

Almost 1 year to the day I got the case re-opened not that the NYPD notified me -- I found out by sheer luck and courage walking in to the First Precinct.  (not the the blog post WSJ)


I just succeeded in getting the NYPD to re-open the case — finding out by accident when I went to the 01 Precinct to report Delita Hooks assaulted in me in the 2nd degree since they coerced me in to dropping charges assault in the third degree.

I was told by Lt. Hendricks that I could not report assault in the 2nd degree after he checked with the corrupt detective squad that fixed me (meant to write fixed the assault)  the assault and a false cross complaint by Dr Andrew Fagelman’s employee who Dr F did not fire but the case was open. They won’t talk to me because I am suing them.

I wrote Commissioner Kelly and the head of IAB Charles Campisi via their lawyer /////////////////   my case must be moved out of the 01 Det Squad’s hands because I have evidence they fixed this case. I am one of how many people victims of NYPD abuse, like the innocent People wrongly stopped and frisked that the NYPD sent a message don’t trust us; don’t come forward and report crime so than Kelly comes back and says crime is down.

Bill De Blasio must get a new Commission in to NYPD and IAB corruption and I want to be one of many who will testify with damning evidence.

Watch this YouTube and than read the letter to Judge Nathan or skip to the 2nd to last page to read Delita Hooks false cross complaint.  She has still not been arrested and it is over one year.  For a supposed office professional in a medical office to savagely attack a patient after telling her she has no rights, menacing, harassing and proving the patient to seek help from her doctor, Dr Vine was already  in with another patient and than Delita Hooks provokes the patient to start filming --- the women in the video all stick together supposed medical professionals defending the indefensible along with Dr Fagelman and so Delita Hooks is not fired and magically not arrested.  Dr Vine vacated the offices 2 weeks later.  

The NYPD and IAB fixed this like they got viagra.   This evokes the Adrian Schoolcraft lawsuit and the Ramos trial with NYPD fixing and favors.

I go to St Luke's this week to their crime victim's unit because I was a victim of assault and battery by Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager and also the victim of NYPD IAB abuses fixing as well.

The City of NY/The NYPD are going to have to refund me $15 to get this criminal report because I was a victim of Dr Fagelman's violent receptionist office manager.

She claims I hurt her leg but maybe she hurt her leg kicking her co-worker accidentally as well as repeatedly trying to kick me finally barely making contact with my vaginal area with her barefoot or maybe she wasn't hurt at all since after Dr Vine demanded Dr Andrew Fagelman fire her Dr Vine told me Delita Hooks went right back to her desk and worked until I believe 7pm.

Her corrupt detectives and John Vergona never told me what her false accusations were.   I still don't have all the lies which constitute her false cross complaint also a crime but almost 1 year later I know have even more evidence of NYPD fixing a violent crime for Dr Andrew Fagelman's office.

Det John Vergona lead detective involved with a group of NYPD officers and now I have caught IAB involvement in fixing a violent crime for Dr Andrew Fagelman's office 155 Spring St.

She lied and said I pushed her after an verbal altercation but admits I am a patient everything else a lie and is a crime  yes lying to NYPD reporting a false cross complaint a lie. 

Everyone involved robbed me of more than a year of my life and she has yet to be arrested as the NYPD and IAB protect her.  If she punched NYPD or their relatives she would has been arrested ASAP. 

On going suffering. Oct 1, 2012 I felt beautiful and since terrible physical injuries including damage to retina and I have gained weight and suffering emotionally.

Oct. 1, 2012 before I went to get $430 medical care, was savagely attacked but first berated told I have no rights and than the NYPD took over where Dr. Andrew Fagelman's lying violent receptionist office manger left off and just like her repeatedly violating my body and patient rights the NYPD and IAB violated my rights.

Det John Vergona retired when IAB should have prevented him from retiring.

To be lied about after Delita Hooks attempted to beat me and than framed for her violence and the NYPD and Internal Affairs role took a toll on me.
