Mayor Bloomberg and Ray Kelly Retaliated Against me Similar to Prospect Park Rape Victim John Miller and Bratton, de Blasio is Bloomberg Junior Lies and Corruption

Ray Kelly - ask him under oath about my pro se lawsuit and Eric Garner's pro se lawsuit -- handwritten from Riker's that explains what it stops today means ----both filed under mayor Michael Bloomberg and Ray Kelly/Charles Campisi and Eric's homicide under Bratton and de Blasio doesn't demand Bratton resign.

Bratton and John Miller retaliated against the Prospect Park rape victim for her activism with the Anti-Violence Project just like Ray Kelly, Bratton and O'Neill don't like my politics and my in your face style so they were all joined in protecting NYPD breaking laws to teach me a lesson.

Just before I was punched the NYPD intelligence division called me to interview me about Det Kevin Lynch who had violated protocol and been overly aggressive with me at a press conference.
The press conference was for a car racing coming opening up a headquarters in NYC.  I yelled down mayor Bloomberg about CityTime over 700K over budge and 911 aka ECTP over 1 billion dollars over budget.  Bloomberg told the press if they wanted to ask him questions about what I said do it at the end of the conference.  No one in the press did ask him about 911 over a billion dollars over budget and years late because contractors and everyone involved that good grossly over billed, contractors delivered late and delivered crap.   NYPD top cop took lavish gifts as contractors delivered late and delivered crap.  Hewlett Packard opened the flood gates and how that came to be is another shocker.

911 ECTP Shocking story and the 2nd back up commander center many years late is another tax payer abuse horror story and no one is sharing that story and the NYPD cover up the wrong doing stating it is top secret like they tried to say an NYPD video guy was on a top secret mission to not let him testify in the OWS Michael Premo case because the NYPD have learned they can lie and lie and lie and get away with anything.

Back to the press conference --- the racing car company never came to New York but the 911 Tech system remains a secret boondoggle and you still can't text it.  Only 60.5 million dollars was returned.  Scott Stringer brokered the dirtiest deal with HP to only return 10.5 million and I am not sure but I think George Arzt, Scott's good friend was the lobbyist so do the math and look to Rudy Giulianni's guy's deputy mayors turned lobbyist on SAIC profiting as SAIC over billed grossly on CityTime.
