Bloomberg and his mini-me Quinn save fire houses yeah right!

Jun 29, 2010
Bloomberg closed firehouses after 9-11 and he did this pushing population growth which is even more reckless! Don't trust Mike Bloomberg and his mini-me Christine Quinn, also known as Mike Bloomberg's puppet, back room deal that he would support her run if she did his dirty work pushing thru a 3rd term vote in front of corrupt city council being investigated for stealing tax payer money. The firehouses keep coming back to the chopping block and under Bloomberg. When it comes to cuts FDNY and NYPD are first under Bloomberg and Quinn who allowed the NYPD starting salary to be lowered! Starting NYPD officers probably were earning less than a bloomberg receptionist.

St. Vincent's protest posters removed, someone write, This hospital Saved Our Lives!!!

div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Why do I think Mike Bloomberg and his mini me Christine Quinn had all the posters taken down because it isn't pretty to hear the shouts, screams and cries of the community demanding a hospital.  All the thanks to the staff are now gone.

Does this signal Bloomberg and Quinn getting ready to make sure we do not have a hospital because they doing some deal with real estate buddies of Bloomberg?

Suzannah B. Troy in love with Stieg Larrson's books!!!!!

Con Ed makes the call use less energy

How sad, Con Ed is actually calling customers to use less energy but it is easy to see how energy is being massively wasted almost like a very slow mo oil spill in the East River but it doesn't count until it hits us in the face in away we can't ignore.

I do resent the fact in my opinion Con Ed like many commissioners needed to say to Mike Bloomberg and his socialite mega millionaire city planner Amanda the people's Burden -- their tsunami of development was too rapid and reckless and they had to slow down and put the safety of the people and infrastructure concerns including a safe smart expansion and they did not.

I believe our Con Ed bills have gone up to pay for infrastructure expansion.

It is so out of control that Con Ed is constantly hiring outside contractors.  Con Ed was not going to say no to Mike Bloomberg and we are paying in many ways.

Mike's good friend NYU evil real estate magnate now venture capitalists!

NYU is branching out from being a community crushing real estate magnate to venture capitalism!  Crain's  reports NYU is launching their own venture capital fund

Dear Blog Readers:  NYU's president is John Sexton.  He ran down to City Hall to testify Mike Bloomberg must have a third term.  Let me translated John Sexton' who is paid 1.8 million a year plus real estate and other perks courtesy of NYU.  NYU has big financial deals and real estate investments -- huge greedy goals that good friend Mike Bloomberg and socialite mega millionaire Amanda the people's Burden will aid and abet and a mayor and a real city planner -- that actually cares about the people would have said "NO!".  No is a word that NYU can't seem to understand when the community says no more mega dorms, no more supersizing our neighborhoods, no to supersizing.

I posted this comment on Crain's website and see my YouTube on a letter I wrote President Obama asking the President of the United States of America to help protect our community from NYU and helping us to get community outreach resource centers in every mega dorm where NYU and universities copying NYU's real estate greed use the term, "community facility" to exclude the communities.

By the way I continue to ask if NYU's president, John Sexton can even vote here in NYC?  Sexton supported Mike Bloomberg flushing democracy down the toilet by denying us, the people a referendum so Mike could buy, steal, win a third term -- nice example for NYU students.

Parents of NYU students, visit 120 East 12th Street and see the facade of St. Ann's Church from 1847.   St. Ann's survived everything all these years except NYU's need and greed to build yet another mega dorm.

Here is the comment:

Good to know NYU, the evil empire, posing as higher education so NYU can buy up and displace as many people and small businesses as possible is expanding their endeavors.  Karma served NYU by hiring someone who was suckered by Bernie Madoff.  NYU could care less about the communities where they occupy and gobble up prime real estate.  NYU only has one focus "greed" and being a big business that uses "higher ed" as a tax shelter for "higher greed".

Mike Bloomberg's reckless greedy development=dangerous infrastructure problems streets a mess thanks Mike and Amanda socialite the people's Burden

See my YouTube from this morning that shows all the Con Ed trucks, DEP vehicles where it looked like a bomb dropped by the North West entrance of Tompkins Square Park which was closed off by the Parks Dept. for safety.

I wrote Dollar Bill Dan Doctoroff before the steam pipe explosion by Grand Central and alerted him to William Yardley's piece in The New York Times as well as my letter in AM New York the month before Yardley's piece concerned for infrastructure and safety.

I was told by DEP it was a water main break but in actuality a source told me it was a gas leak and the FDNY responded first.

Watch the YouTube to get more of a visual of how much of the street they are tearing up and for those unfamiliar with the area DOT is getting ready to pave 2nd and 1st Avenue but it will be a short term mess in my opinion because we have had too many infrastructure breaks and I don't think they root problems have been addressed so I believe the "new" streets will be looking like this one Sunday morning.

I have a YouTube documentary series plus NY1's coverage of a water main break on 2nd Avenue and 7th Street from 3 years ago and part of the intersection keeps reopening.

I am going to be repetitive because I am tired and I want your attention.

This morning the FDNY responded and I am told it was a gas leak. A DEP guy told me it was a water main break but I heard it was a gas leak. What ever it is it looks like a bomb dropped and this is Mike Bloomberg's streets of New York ever since he pushed a reckless, stupid, greed driven development to help his rich buddies and the construction industry but at the expense of the people of New York in way too many way.

We need more press coverage on this.  We need the press to make city gov tell us how many infrastructure breaks we have had since Bloomberg came to office in each section of NYC and we need to examine how we can stop what feels like another Bloomberg Titanic problem and finally put the safety of New Yorkers first.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W0oiUtXoG5c

Yes this is the YouTube from this morning in case you missed it.

I don't know what else to do except hire a hot air ballon that says "Safety First!" stop the reckless tsunami of development mayor Bloomberg and for once put the people first.  Enough is enough!

Mike Bloomberg decided that the commissioner of DOB did not have to have an architectural degree or an engineering degree. Mike and the city have been sued on this issue and lost the first round. I am assuming the judge is a friend of rich developers and blind to how many deaths and injuries suffered by this Bloomberg's reckless tsunami of development.

As told to me BP over ridded their engineers advice and I get the vibe this was the same here in NYC.

More on that later.  I have heard some news and I think news reporters will be reporting more on this soon.

The East Village, Lower East Side looks like a bomb dropped and Cooper Union next zone buster has been put on hold for 2 years while the area around the building where I filmed a YouTube voicing my concerns for the safety of the community looks like bombs have dropped and Con Ed is also a main stay there.

The tsunami of reckless development was as stupid and greedy as what brought the implosion of Wall Street on and the streets are in the worse shape they have been in years.  DOT repaving them appears to be a wasteful band-aid because the infrastructure problems have not been addressed and as the old infrastructure problems keep busting open, Mike is pushing more infrastructure expansion but all of this -- old and new expansion should have been addressed city wide before the reckless development.

Go to YouTube and search under Suzannahartist and street conditions,  Suzannahartist infrastructure and you will also find my playlist on Mike Bloomberg' streets of NY including a fire truck on the upper west side, the front wheel falls in to a hole in the street that was from infrastructure problem.  I tried to supply you with links but who knows because there is so much and I am one person.  I even show you the subway station at Union Square with water on the ground from a pipe leaking with gauze around the pipe like a broken limb.

Mike and his developer friends only cared about their reckless development and not that the city was in bad shape and not able to absorb the development including Columbia University, NYU and Cooper Union as well as hotel and condo developers all busting through zoning and wanted the people displaced and cared nothing about our safety and the conditions of our streets, way lay beneath them and a rotted, dilapidated subway system where the stations are rotted and leaking and there are so many rats I call it the MTA Rat Circus for New Yorkers standing waiting for trains.

Welcome to king Mike's "new" hideous New York.

Richard Izquierdo Arroyo goes to jail and.....?

Below see link for The NY Post article and my comment but first read this comment not by me:

"
It was also revealed in court that both Arroyo and his gay partner hold political-patronage positions, with Arroyo serving as chief of staff to an unidentified state Assembly member, while his boyfriend works for an unidentified member of the city Council."

Hey NY Post: do a little research and tell us who these "unidentified" politicians are!

Read more: http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/politically_connected_crook_gets_0aqunyQELYzJ7A2OSaaVqL#comments#ixzz0rxJr8AKn

It is amazing he only got one year and the city council woman and assembly Arroyo's continue to avoid jail time all though so far 2 connected with them are going to jail.  City Council woman Arroyo voted to extend term limits and many believe she is guilty of similar actions as her nephew.  Didn't I read an editorial in another paper something like "All in the family" about this.  I don't understand why there are not more indictments.  Also can the tax payers see on NYC gov website how much we are paying for top white collar crime lawyers for Christine Quinn and her staff. Sally Goldenberger wrote about top law firms including one that Goldman Sachs uses so our Christine Quinn and staff use same law firm as GS but tax payers pay.  How about a follow up article on that.  Lucky most New Yorkers don't seem to know.

and or....don't care....

Hey Mike Bloomberg, thanks for denying us a referendum and putting the vote on term limits in front of a city council tainted with corruption so much so they have hired top defense attorneys that specialize in White Collar Crime.

FDNY fire houses saved for now but CAUTION

I just want to warn you -- Albany and corrupt politicos that for some reason avoid prosecution for stealing tax payer money from Albany to City Hall and even manage to get re-elected have been us in a hellish situation.

If Albany does not close the budget deficit which last time I checked was billions of dollars anytime soon, NY and NYC in particular are in for a hellish ride and maybe even an official depression and some New Yorkers are already in one and I not talking about the emotional kind....but the economic.

Sorry to be a kill joy but Mike Bloomberg had no right to push development and shut firehouses after Sept. 11.

We have so many infrastructure breaks from his reckless tsunami of development and his continued population push most especially with housing we need more fire houses open.

It is disgusting to close senior centers.  I have demanded every mega dorm that uses the term community facility yet exclude the communities give us community centers in the zone busting NYU, NY Law, Cooper Union, SVA, Cooper Union all gobbling up the East Village.   NYU mega dormed the East Village to death.

Don't start celebrating fire houses saved.

It may be another fake-out like Bloomberg claiming the budget was flush when it wasn't-- all smoke and mirrors with Bloomberg and when the going gets tough Bloomberg cuts the NYPD and FDNY usually right away.

The Albany ego-maniacs, clowns, thugs has still not resolved the big crisis and if they don't we will go from a continued decline in quality of life except for the rich -- we will go from bad to worse.

But on your safety belts and your hard hats.

Columbia University NYU's evil twin Dark Day for democracy NYC yet again

It was yet another dark day for democracy here in NYC.  The big apple has seen so many dark days under Bloomberg, a mayor who denied the people of New York City a referendum so he could push threw a third term to crown himself king of New York also pushed a reckless tsunami of development and aided and abetted his developer friends.  Ditto for in my opinion the worst city planner in NYC's history, socialite mega-millionaire Amanda the people's Burden.

Amanda the people's Burden knows her reputation is shot so word on the street is she tells people she is doing Mike Bloomberg's bidding.   She and Mike may be one of the largest mass displacement of New Yorkers if you don't include the original real Natives, the American Indians.  King Mike, the nanny mayor,  has managed to piss them off too.  Mike Bloomberg was not smart enough to figure out if you displace people and than call them and ask them to vote for you either their telephone numbers are now disconnected and or they and their friends will hang up on your campaign staff.   Team Bloomberg found that out and also set a record for the most expensive -- $110 million campaign price tag for the most humiliating win.  Lucky for Teflon Mike The NY Post is not doing anymore investigative research on how Mike spent  109 million dollars and Cy Vance seems unwilling to give king Mike even a slap on the wrist for wiring money out of his personal account instead of the campaign account.   Mike Bloomerg also holds the purse strings to Cy Vance, the Manhattan DA's budget allotment.  Ouch.  Back to today's dark day and Columbia University doing everything but holding a gun to the peoples' heads to get them to move.   Who needs thugs when you have judges that side with ruthless developers and not the people?

Norman Siegel one a powerful first round against Columbia University but it was no surprise he lost round two since this was the very same set of judges that ruled in favor of eminent domain abuse in Brooklyn.

Read the Crain's article and decide for yourself.  My opinion is this is very sad  news.  A dark day for the people.   Watch my YouTube playlist and hear directly from people being abused by Columbia University's abuse of eminent domain.  http://www.youtube.com/my_playlists?p=8C438F43D7335594  Watch  interviews of people being evicted by Columbia University abusing eminent domain.  I also have an interview with Norman Siegel at a protest on the Columbia University campus where even students joined the protest and sad "Not in our name!"

This is all part of the mass displacement under Bloomberg.

Mike Bloomberg and is term limits deal ordeal....ho hum

Denial is Mike's crack cocaine so he refuses to understand one huge stain on his legacy is flushing democracy down the toilet, denying us a referendum and placing the vote in front of city council tainted as were their votes with corruption.

Suzannah B. Troy
06/24/2010 3:21 PM
Seabrook, Stewart, Martinez, Arroyo all voted to extend term limits. So far Martinez is the only one honest enough to plead guilty and admit he was stealing tax payer money from the get go.

p.s  Sally Goldenberger did a killer expose on Christine Quinn and staff using large amounts of tax payer money to pay for top defense attorneys including the same firm Goldman Sachs uses Sullivan and Cromwell among others.  Is The New York Post ever going to follow up on this story?
Would the NY Post consider an AP for the iphone -- a running ticker on how much Christine Quinn and staff's defense attorneys are costing tax payers?

Are Bloomberg's people paying someone to commit aggravated harassment?

Cy Vance admitted he learned about the Haggerty scandal from The New York Post investigation.  The problems are many and one is The New York Post has not investigated where the other 109 million dollars Mike Bloomberg spent went and what if some of that money went to paying someone to commit aggravated harassment.  Harassing someone on the computer is serious and carries jail time.

I am part of the YouTube resistance against Mike Bloomberg's third term and we have been harassed non-stop by a really sick, lying individual who uses many identities male and female.  We even wondered if this started with some college interns at a campaign office but it got more insidious stealing Tony Avella's identity, not a YouTuber and also the theft of YouTuber identities.

I made it clear early on way before the election to a supposed young woman name Cleo to stop harassing me and she also contact every person around the world that commented on my YouTube.  The behavior continues on and it is clearly a male and for quite a while this guy contacts me with so many identities it is hard to keep up.

He doesn't believe I have contacted the NYPD and other authorities.

The good news is like Mike Bloomberg, Steve Rattner and Christine Quinn he thinks he is above the law.  Steve Rattner was so confident he was above the law he was gearing up to plug his new book as savior of the auto industry and moved 5 billion of Mike's money out of his company Quadrangle to manage it in a new company.

Sure Steve is right he does not have to worry about jail and for a rich man like him what is a 12 million dollar fine....no much but if he is banned by the SEC for 3 years he is in deep trouble.

So the good news is Bloomberg, Rattner, Quinn and gang keep thinking they are above the law....

That is good news.

Bloomberg must be on crack cocaine NYC as the anti-Vegas?

http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/24/nyregion/24tourism.html?emc=eta1

Mike Bloomberg and his socialite pal mega-millionaire city planner Amanda the people's Burden have aided and abetted their developer friends and tearing down our historic NYC.

If you want to visit New York you will have to visit a recreation in Las Vegas or a museum.

Tom Robbins, We care that Mike Bloomberg is a rip-off artist!!!!!!!!

Tom: Great piece.  One error, a lot of people care that Bloomberg is a crook.  My new YouTube series refer to him as Teflon Mike and the new pet name resonates for the little emperor of NYC.  I got damming info sent to me about Cy Vance's campaign irregularities and who hold the purse strings to the Manhattan DA's office but Mike Bloomberg?  Just like certain city council members have said they are afraid of retaliation by Mike's mini-me, Christine Quinn if they attempt to confront her and Bloomberg about things like CityTime, the tax payers Titanic.  In the info I was sent on Cy Vance, it stated something to the effect that Guma who worked on Cy Vance's campaign and Vance is paying Guma the debt he owes him -- this Guma is married to Maura Keaney who was working with Haggerty on Mike Bloomberg's campaign. This is the same Maura Keaney who was written up with Christine Quinn by Jim Dwyer http://www.nytimes.com/2010/02/03/nyregion/03about.html ethic lapses and I think Christine Quinn and Maura Keaney are accused of intimidation of Union people....  What Mike Bloomberg did denying us a referendum was criminal and who encouraged him to run for a third term? Steve Rattner who now may be banned by the SEC for 3 years who had to pay 12 million in fines for his pay to play pension scandals.  Remember Rattner thought he was Teflon Steve as well and that at worst Quadrangle would take the fall so he moved Mike's 5 billion for charity out of Quadrangle and created a new firm who's name we do not know and now if he gets banned he won't be able to money manage Mike's 5 bill for charity.  Oh, John Sexton the president who is paid 1.8 million to be the real estate magnate emperor for NYU, the purple reign of terror ran down to city hall and testified Mike must have a third term.  How can NYU tear down and bust through zoning without Mike as king of New York?  Can John Sexton even vote in NYC?  Do NYU students and faculty even know or care that NYU spends big bucks to beat down community law suits and ditto for Cooper Union (NYU jr.).  We care Tim but what are suppose to do?  Ask Cuomo to be sheriff or have a revolution?  Any ideas?

2008 Crane trial begins in Manhattan

http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/manhattan/trial_opens_for_rigger_in_crane_jOlB9CEFctimFbKQqFJn9J

Mike Bloomberg and his socialite mega millionaire city planner Amanda the people's Burden pushed a reckless tsunami of community crushing development and reckless, stupid and greedy as what brought on the implosion of Wall St. To fast to be safe. Mike tossed out the requirement that the commissioner of DOB have an architectural degree or engineering degree. How many people have died or been injured in construction related incidents including cranes and scaffolding to infrastructure since Mike Bloomberg took over? Too many. I blame him as much as the others involved including inspectors that did not have the correct certification and background required. All this development was too fast to be safe.

Another new hire by Mike Bloomberg his people continue to leave

Does that mean we are going to have Goldman Sachs guy behind more community crushing development in the spirit of what Mike Bloomberg recklessly pushed on old NY's infrastructure with the help of his socialite mega millionaire city planner, Amanda the people's Burden. So we have another businessman on board who does not care about the people but about business deals that are as reckless, greedy and stupid as those that brought Wall Street to implosion. How sad. Sounds like New Yorkers have to steel themselves for more ruthless endeavors Mike Bloomberg style.
Thank you,
Suzannah B. Troy

Cy Vance's Campaign treasurer called me back very compelling.

I was very impressed with the gentleman that called me back.  I was impressed and what he told me is on the NY Board of election web site.  Cy Vance is paying back a debt to Guma.  Everything is legal and above board.

As far as Keaney -- she pops up allegedly working with Haggerty, in an article slamming Christine Quinn and Maura Keaney for alleged intimidation of Union people and married to Guma so it is campaign incest in my opinion   and it does appear that a lot in NY politics is incestuous but the part about money and Vance's campaign debt is legit at least so far.   Look at Albany with the accidental gov and his father Basil and unions -- very incestuous and in my opinion a conflict of interest and NYC is riddled with conflicts of interests that seem to get by the Conflict of Interest Committee.

I am not going to dismiss everything that was sent to me yet but I am glad to get a call back from Cy Vance's campaign treasurer.

Campaign Finance Scandal Has Mayor Bloomberg and District Attorney Cyrus Vance Taking Cover
Will Attorney General Andrew Cuomo Appoint a Special Prosecutor?

June 21, 2010

It’s not surprising that Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance went easy on Mayor Mike Bloomberg in the current pay-to-play scandal involving a personal donation Bloomberg made to the New York State Independence Party. The minor Party has received considerable attention in recent months as the apparent conduit in a plan for the hiring of John Haggerty, Jr., consultant and friend of Mayor Bloomberg’s. The DA alleges that Haggerty misspent the funds, meanwhile by all accounts, it was Bloomberg’s operatives and staff, who allegedly arranged for the large donation and Haggerty’s hiring.

The matter presents unprecedented complications for the Mayor’s Office, which controls the lion’s share of the District Attorney’s budget, and for Cyrus Vance who is embroiled in his own potential campaign finance scandal concerning allegations that he evaded the legal limits placed on corporate donations. The Cyrus Vance for District Attorney campaign has written off $96,172 of a $273,349 debt owed to Mark Guma Communications, LLC through an apparent debt forgiveness agreement.

Meanwhile, Guma’s wife, Maura Keaney, was Bloomberg’s Director of Field Operations in his 2009 bid for a third term. In February 2010, just as the scandal broke in the New York Post, she was removed from the campaign payroll and given a lucrative position in the Bloomberg Administration around the same time that Deputy Mayor Kevin Sheekey moved over to Bloomberg, LLC. As a side note, Keaney was formally Manhattan Council Speaker Christine Quinn’s Deputy Chief of Staff who left the position under a dark cloud, and was later fined by the City’s Conflict of Interests Board for soliciting campaign contributions for Quinn on City time. The New York Times has also reported that Keaney received a $150,000 bonus from Bloomberg following the Mayor’s 2009 election.

In the incestuous world of New York City politics, sources indicate that John Catsimatidis, a close friend of Queens Borough Republican Chairman Phil Regusa and Vice-Chairman Vince Tabone, known to be sworn enemies of John Haggerty, Jr., is planning a fundraising event for Cyrus Vance who is now in a race to clean up the debt to Guma.

The planned fundraiser was first reported by Liz Benjamin in Capital Tonight and most recently by Adam Lisberg of the Daily News. No word yet if he will cancel the event in light of the recent campaign finance indiscretions. Even if Vance does repay Guma, the damage has already been done.

The debt according to New York State campaign finance law had to be repaid prior to the end of the 2009 election cycle or it defaults to ‘contribution’ status. In campaign Finance filings reported to the State Board of Elections, Vance already wrote off the debt by reporting the Guma Communications’ bills to the campaign as contributions. The purported actions may be considered class e felonies.

The Question of the Day in New York’s scandal-ridden rumor mill is if Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, who has jurisdiction in such matters, will engage his own investigators or call on a Special Prosecutor to look into Vance’s campaign finance indiscretions.
Even a misdeamor charge for Cy Vance related to the campaign finance violations may end his career. Any attorney admitted to the Bar in Manhattan would lose their law license if charged with even a misdemeanor, and a felony charge most certainly end in Vance's resignation.
Vance’s formidable and former opponent in the New York for DA Democratic Primary, Leslie Crocker Snyder, may also have a beef with the Vance campaign when all is said and done. Vance failed report one of the shady donations from Guma until after the primary ended, waiting instead until January 15th.

At first blush the campaign may have accepted accepted the money from Guma in a desparate attempt to garner campaign favors and cash to win at all costs. But Vance, an apparent expert in campaign finance matters, must have known the implications of the crafty filings.
It wasn't too long ago that the tables were turned: Cyrus Vance enjoyed a long and lucrative career as an attorney in Seattle, Washington where he once representated Food Services of America in a high-profile case before before United States Magistrate Judge John L. Weinberg, for making $5 million dollars in illegal campaign donations to the Republican Party. The CEO and CFO of Food Services of America were both found guilty in the case, as was the corporation. Upon the verdict, Vance reportedly commented, "The atmosphere of campaign-financing-related cases has changed dramatically in the past several years. It is now prosecuted as a criminal violation, whereas only two years ago it would have been handled as a civil fine."

Now back in New York, Andrew Cuomo may have tell us all how the story goes will end for Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, Jr.

Points of Public Interest pertaining to Cy Vance’s Campaign Finance Irregularities in collusion with Michael Bloomberg’s campaign and Mark Guma Communications.

· Cy Vance has a longstanding debt to Mark Guma Communications for $273,349 to whom he paid more than 1.1 million dollars to for consulting and electioneering activities from September 2009-January 2010.

· On January 15, 2010, Cy Vance mysteriously reported to the State Board of Elections that he had loan/liabilities to Mark Guma Communications in the amount of $273K that dated back to 9/14/2009. (2009 10 Day Post Primary)

· In a series of shady campaign finance maneuvers reported on campaign filings throughout the 2009 election cycle, Cy Vance has apparently attempted to conceal the fact that Mark Guma has forgiven large sums of debt owed to Mark Guma Communications, Inc. previously invoiced to Cy Vance’s campaign.

· In a series of campaign finance reports, Cy Vance’s campaign reduced their liability to Mark Guma Communications, Inc. by reporting campaign expenditures on section F of their filings (with corresponding check numbers) purportedly written to Mark Guma Communications, while simultaneously reporting on Section O of his finance reports that Mark Guma was making a donation to the campaign for the same amount.

· Vance’s campaign simultaneously reduced the liabilities in section N of its filings by the exact same amounts of each “donation” reported on section O.

*See State BOE Filer ID C36419 (2009 11 Day Pre-General, 2009 27 Day Post General, 2010 January Periodic)

· Thus far, $96,172.85 in debt owed to Mark Guma Communications, Inc has been “written off” by the Cy Vance campaign in a subversive manner, and thereby evading campaign finance limits placed on corporate donations.

· (Section 14 of Election Law)The New York State Board of Elections has ruled that a company or corporation that engages in public relations does not typically lend money to its clients. Therefore, “any loan by the company which is not repaid by the date of the election would be deemed a contribution in accordance with the provisions of the law. If the amount not repaid to the corporation on the date of the election exceeds $5000, the corporation would be in violation of section 14 of Election Law which limits corporate contributions to $5000.” (NYS BOE 1977 Opinion #8)

· In addition, if the company extends credit to a campaign for services performed, with the INTENT to eventually write off the debt, this is considered an act to violate and evade the contribution limits set forth in section 14 of Election Law. (NYS BOE 1977 Opinion #8)

· Section 14-126 of State Election Law clearly states that (3) Any person who knowingly and willfully contributes, accepts or aids or participates in the acceptance of a contribution in an amount exceeding an applicable maximum specified in this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

· Section 14-126 of State Election Law clearly states that (4) Any person who shall, acting on behalf of a candidate or political committee, knowingly and willfully …makes expenditures in connection with a nomination for election of any candidate, or solicits any person to make any such expenditures, for the purpose of evading the contribution limitations of this article, shall be guilty of a class E felony.

· Of further consideration, and perhaps more intriguing, is the fact that Mark Guma is married to Maura Keaney, Mike Bloomberg’s Field Operations Director for the 2009 mayoral race. Keaney worked with John Haggerty and was allegedly involved in the Election Day poll operations and planning that has come to light in recent weeks that involved alleged criminal activities.

· Keaney was moved out of her job with the campaign committee in February, around the same time the NY Post began reporting Haggerty’s enormous Election Day pay-off.

· It seems that Cy Vance was receiving his big pay-day from Mark Guma Communications, Inc.

Dear Readers: This was the comment I was directed to posted on The New York Daily News and if you haven't read Jim Dwyer's piece on Christine Quinn and Maura Keaney accused of intimidation than it is a must read. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/02/03/nyregion/03about.html

E. Village intersection that DEP can't seem to fix Mike Bloomberg's new hideous NYC

5/23/07
http://www.ny1.com/content/69978/east-village-water-main-break-leaves-thousands-without-water

My opinion is Cooper Union's supersizing of their Studio building caused this medium size water main break that looked like the East River came to 2nd Avenue.

To be responsible the mayor would have had to insisted all old pipes would have had to be replaced and expansion pipes addressed before all these over the top builds began but greed and speed are important when you are exploiting the people and the neighborhoods and no way was NYU, Cooper Union and all these hotel and condo developers going to slow down for the safety of the neighborhood and that includes the illegal air sale by the USPS to NYU at 120 East 12th St. over St. Ann's Church.

Medium sized water main break right at this intersection that continues to be a mess and DOT wants to pave the street but the infrastructure problems are not resolves.

Sept.  6, 2008 the street busts open yet again.

(note in the above photo you can see the sky piercing mirrored building -- that is one of Cooper Union's shady zone busted builds.  It was a parking lot that Cooper Union old but got permission from Amanda the people's Burden to supersize and than land lease the building -- from what I gather not many people want to pay high prices for a condo on land that is leased....I don't know -- you tell me.)

Here is the same intersection today -- Mike Bloomberg's streets of New York.  Trying being a senior, handicap, a parent with a baby stroller, someone like me with bad knees trying to cross or even walk on the sidewalks.  It is a huge mess.

DOT is attempting to pave over the streets but it is like someone getting liposuction and not changing their eating habits.

The infrastructure problems have to be addressed.

DOT will be back having to repair the streets they are now repaving.

Mike Bloomberg's New York City Houston Street

Mike wants to push population growth and make the East Village a college campus party central.
This garbage can is a metaphor for Mike Bloomberg's reckless arrogant greedy corrupt "new" hideous New York built on old New York's infrastructures.

You can't push population growth and leave the subways in the terrible shape and make more MTA cuts.

Mike closed and wants to close more fire houses.

He wants t do everything to make his developer friends including NYU, Cooper Union, Columbia U lucrative  real estate deals and at the community's expense and every way possible including finding all kinds of wave to shove them out.

SAIC uses Crain's to defend itself CityTime tax payer's Titanic

http://www.crainsnewyork.com/article/20100613/REG/306139981

I had made this YouTube http://www.youtube.com/user/Suzannahartist#p/u/19/_Tz4eMcP2LU
May 27, 2010.

You can find the first blog posting that goes in to the CityTime and SAIC in the text portion of this YouTube link above.

I give you a link to this woman Ali Winston's article that gets in to SAIC and Iraq and even the FBI.

Check it out.

Go to my other blog and search under CityTime to find all my postings....www.suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com

Juan Gonzalez's work covering CityTime has been outstanding and indepth so you must check out Ali Winston's piece and Gonzalez's series.   Juan Gonzelez's series of pieces exposing CityTime are all on The New York Daily News website.  Winston's piece is hyperlinked in my first blog posting.

Renewal is this Sept. and I am one of many that feels rather than renew we need an investigation.

Even better would be a full refund of tax payers money which is moving towards the billion dollar mark for a massively flawed system and this article says Joel Bondy is laying low.

I would like to know how much he earns and his role with CityTime and NYC gov fully explained along with other consultants especially anyone that has ties to NYC gov and or Bloomberg and friends.

Actually on 2nd thought....
here is paragraph from Ali Winston's article from City Limits....

But SAIC has also had high-profile problems over the years. In the early 1990s, the company and six of its employees pleaded guilty to making false statements in their handling of work at EPA Superfund sites. In 2004, the Pentagon's inspector general faulted SAIC's performance on a contract to rebuild the Iraqi media. The following year, the FBI blamed SAIC for botching the development of the bureau's new "Trilogy" information management system (although the Justice Department inspector general said the FBI deserved much of the blame). And the company was still wrangling into 2007 with the Greek government over whether SAIC deserved full payment for a security system it developed for the 2004 Athens Olympics.

Mayor Bloomberg's other more insidious way to kill New Yorkers besides a tsunami of reckless development

Note: Mike has found a way to shove advertising down our throats with Red Bull creating structures where there none to advertise.  If this was a street as if was designed to be than Mike could not sell advertising space here the way he does.  Did you see the "Think Bloomberg" ads in Grand Central Station on the stairs and Mike Bloomberg will not divulge how much he paid if he paid anything for those ads?  Maybe the MTA gave it to the king mayor for free?  Who knows since Mike is not forth coming with either his private or public empire aka NYC.  I am still waiting for a call back or email from his public relations woman from his private empire but she is pulling the notorious little emperor of NYC routine like when Mike is asked about his trips to Bermuda and his investments in the Cayman Islands....

How is Mike killing New Yorkers in insidious ways?

One is encouraging them to sit in traffic like this and inhale the noxious fumes from cars and trucks which as to be as bad as 2nd hand smoke if not worse!   Thanks Mike.

Also the over the top reckless tsunami of development where how many New Yorkers were either killed or injured from construction accidents, cranes or pieces of cranes, scaffolding, infrastructure breaks like the Steam Pipe Explosion by Grand Central...

How many New Yorkers have made complaints about smells, toxins, noise pollution coming from construction sites all over the city.  A record amount because Mike Bloomberg pushed a record amount of reckless builds all over the city -- too many, too fast to be safe or well built for that matter.

Thanks Mike the nanny mayor who wants us to cut salt out of our diet but sit in traffic and inhale pollutants!

Mike is probably in Bermuda but as exposed by the press he is less than forth coming about his trips to Bermuda which I am told he leaves early Friday mornings.  In fact he is as forth coming about his trips to Bermuda as his investments in the Cayman Islands.

p.s.   http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2010/06/air-advisory-from-notify-nyc-city.html
Regarding air quality and moves like shown in the photograph above -- could that be a possible reason that Mike Bloomberg and gang want all air testing to be approved by the NYPD?  I don't know.  I am just asking?

Robert Lederman Jack Nesbitt lawyer Julie Milner sue the city Art Vendor regulations

http://www.1010wins.com/Lawsuit-Filed-Against-NYC-over-Art-Vendor-Regulati/7500484

Robert Lederman and his lawyer Julie Milner are taking on mayor Bloomberg they way they took on Giuliani and won by the way.

Good luck!!!!!!!!!

In Lederman's portrait of Bloomberg he looks more like Guiliani but with more hair!
I like my portrait a lot better but good luck and all the power to you.

I believe they will win!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike Bloomberg's development schemes still endangering New Yorkers

Michael Bloomberg and his administration continue to prove their reckless development continues to endanger New Yorkers....

Mike how about cutting: 1) your campaign staff you hired on the tax payers back w/6 figure salaries that the NYPost estimates cost tax payers 2 million 2) CityTime failed techno time block up for renewal in Sept. that should not be renewed but investigated because the system doesn't work and you allowed over 200 consultants that were paid close to half a million, some a million? Please explain Joel Bondy's salary and work on this since you appointed him and CityTime continues to be the Tax Payers Titanic. 3)slush money, city council members stealing money but not getting prosecuted 4) Scott Stringer waste of tax payers money. Can Stringer give up his car and take the subway?

You want to cut down, start with your office , and check some of the lumber that is lurking there. Whenever a budget is short , and after you tax us to death, you threaten by saying you have to cut the Police Force, Fire Dept , or teachers. Hell , I don't give a damn about teachers, they aren't doing their jobs , most of them anyway. But there is plenty of pork lying around that you can trim, and as usual you trot out all the old scare tactics.

Carmen and Maria Del Carmen Arroyo continue to avoid jail but Villegas is going to jail

There is a comment demanding an investigation of all of city council and all politicians including Mike Blomberg....actually to arrest Bloomberg and it is not mine.

Gee, I wonder if Maria Del Carmen Arroyo voted to extend term limits.
Miguel Martinez, Seabrook, Stewart, Arroyo all voted to extend term limits and so far all have avoided going to jail except Martinez how finally admitted he was stealing tax payer money from the get go.

If they came clean and or very successfully prosecuted does that mean we get to throw out the term limits votes because they are tainted? Bloomberg's term limits deal ordeal...more disgusting to know he denied us a referendum and put the vote in front of a these city council that in my opinion are criminals.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Bergdorf Goodman eyeing men's clothes not CA's massive budgetary crisis

Suzannah B. Troy with her "Save Coney Island" pin and her man's undershirt purchased for a couple of dollars on Orchid Street shopping at Bergdof Goodman's Men Store for Father's Day.

The staff at the men's store Bergdorf treated me like gold so I had to stifle my activism and behave myself when Arnold made his presence felt...  I have to add I was dressed in a men's under shirt less than attractive baggy shorts and they treated me like I was wearing an Armani suit.  I was impressed.  I can't say that for Barneys.  Barneys staff are nice but with attitude and some are not nice.

Way back when I thought Arnold was a super hottie but now I know he was steriod user, cheater and rumored to be a sexplotier.   From what I have heard using a term for his anatomy called the helmet....

In my opinion he is just gross.  He is a lot older than me but like so many celebrities -- Holly woo woo types he has had everything done to turn back the clock.   I can't tell you how badly I want to run up to him and video tape him as I asked him about California's budgetary crisis!  I did yell at Mike Bloomberg from the steps of City Hall, "Oust the king!" and king Mike gives me the thumbs up.  But Bergdorf's men's department is not City Hall!

The people including youngsters got excited when they saw Arnold but not as excited as he got by their attention....it is clearly still a high for him -- the attention....

His idea of the American dream is to cheat your way to it and marrying a Kennedy was like getting a Cadillac

If Mike Bloomberg had simply showed me his plans to tear down our historic neighborhoods and make them into bad xeroxes of Dubai also causing mass displacement as well as endangering our lives I would have fought against him from the get go.

I don't want king Mike or steroid Arnold in The White House and it took all my self control to not run up to Arnold with my iphone and nail him on  the massive budget crisis in CA governor and put his response on YouTube.

The gracious and golden treatment by the staff of Bergdorf helped me to find some impulse control.

Besides TMZ showed Arnold and his wife living  beyond large in Hawaii as the budget crisis looms larger than New York's which is hard to believe.

Arnold is not as smart as Mike Bloomberg and at least Mike did not use steriods to make his fortune but both do not belong serving the people.

Arnold vacations in Hawaii and Mike in Bermuda as the budget crisis grows like a giant axe about to drop on people's jobs, cuts and closing that people have not yet begun to understand.

Mike Bloomberg takes on the artists, the artists win!

Denial is the new crack cocaine! Mike still wants to be President of the USA!

Why would Mike Bloomberg be considering a Republican from the Bush administration for a deputy position at City Hall?

Has Mike returned to smoking weed or is he doing crack cocaine?
    What is going on?

What could prompt Mike Bloomberg to hire a Bush crony for City Hall?

Answer:  Mike refuses to give up on his other big dream = The White House.
Theory: President Obama is called Bush light -- he is not winning popularity contests these days...

Mike will never win another political office.  He burned to many bridges and the people of New York  City with his community crushing development and his major disrespect denying us a referendum and flushing democracy down the toilet so he could steal or buy his 3rd term.  And he just barely succeeded!

Mike like his ruthless, greedy money manager Steve Rattner thrive on denial like it is crack cocaine and that is lucky for them but Mike should forget hiring Bush's guy and start making amends which will cost more than the 5 billion that he still has Steve Rattner managing despite Rattner possibly being banned by the SEC.

Rattner still thinks he is going to plug his book on being the car czar at The White House and thinks people buy the story he stepped down to spend time with his family in NYC....Mike must be considered family.

Bloomberg still is harboring President of the Unites States fantasies.

I even wonder if he brought in the scandal riddled SAIC to manage CityTime because he was "going presidential" but the trouble is Bloomberg's techno fantasies have cost the people of this city billions and CityTime and the FDNY dispatch system, a multi-billion dollar  flawed system.

Who knew "denial" is the new crack cocaine?

Mayor Mike thumbs down, Juan Gonzalez praised by YouTuber

I was sent this YouTube message:

The Mayor lets the rich and powerfull waste our money and at the same time wants to charge taxes in City Shelters. Its disgusting. Thank God for Juan Gonzalez. He is one of the few people that speak the truth

Cy Vance's Campaign Finance Irregularities in collusion with Mike Bloomberg's campaign

This was emailed to me and I am posting.  I am a blogger and I don't have the resources that a David Seifman has or the contacts including a press pass.  I have not gotten to interview this person but I wanted to share this with my followers and you decide what to make of  this.   If this is true than it proves that Cy Vance has every reason in his power as I am sure many others do for different reasons to make sure this powerful connected man, Mike Bloomberg who doesn't respect limits of any kind remains Teflon Mike -- that he remains above the law.

If this is all true than I am glad I have gone to "outside sources" beyond the NYPD forwarding  the cyber stalker identity thief continued and on going harassment on YouTube of me and others.  The Queens DA has the evidence from when the freak stole Tony Avella's identity the day after the election to harass me and others  so I am glad the Queens DA doesn't have the issues that Cy Vance has.
